Loved our stay

Cet hotel est très beau mais la propreté de notre chambre laisse à désirer, nous avons pu voir des traces d'humidité, des insectes dans la salle de bains et des restes des voyageurs précedents.

The hotel looks good in pictures but is quite dated. The AC and WiFi barely worked. The beds were hard as a rock. The bedding was dirty. Housekeeping did not replace the towels. Pool is small and crowded. I would not recommend

War okay, aber definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es fing schon bei der Kontaktaufnahme an, einfach unmöglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen und auf Emails hat man auch keine Antwort bekommen. Wir hatten eine 2.200km lange Reise mit dem Auto vor uns und wollten eigentlich nur fragen ob es möglich ist das Zimmer früher ze bekommen, da wir nach der Reise sehr erschöpft waren. Da wir kein Kontakt herstellen konnten, mussten wir dann an der Rezeption nachfragen. Man hat uns mit irgendwelchen Ausreden hingehalten und uns versichert man würde uns anrufen sobald das Zimmer verfügbar sei. Bis 15h nichts passiert. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber schön. Vom Frühstücksangebot waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es lag sogar Schinken am Buffet, der schon schlecht war. Ziemliches Chaos und die Mitarbeiter haben ziemlich gestresst gewirkt.

Some issues with the family room. We specifically chose the hotel because of air conditioning but it didn’t work properly through our stay and temperature didn’t get below 27 in the room. Shower was poor. Flow was poor and spray was inconsistent. Phone in room didn’t work so back and for to reception (we were on second floor). Only one chair on balcony. On day one chap came to give us some glasses (there was only one but said he didn’t have time to get a chair. Day two reception said there wasn’t a second chair for balcony in the hotel! They came to sort air on but didn’t. Buffet breakfast was ok but queued

It was a nice property, clean and front desk staff was nice.

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado e silencioso. Tem um lindo campo de golfe para quem gosta de praticar o esporte.

Staff very unfriendly, could get ice for water, restaurant and was a rip off.

No questions on overall stay. Requested a better connection of the WiFi in my room 1025, I believe, and suggested better lighting on the entrance at night, twice. Thank you.

Precisa ser mais cordial com o hóspede, que usa sempre a rede pestana. Cuidado com as toalhas o aspecto não foi bom.
