Very friendly staffs, next to a convenient store, spacious room

The staff were very kind and all spoke English.

Overall a nice stay, room is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, really polite and helpful. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful.

Quiet and comfortable hotel to stay.

The hotel was central to the city for 3 night stay. Parking at the hotel was good but a surcharge per night. Plenty of places to eat in easy walking distance. Very good stay.

Stayed many times always attentive staff and great value

The room had neither been checked nor cleaned sufficiently prior to our stay. The shower area was dirty, old black soap deposits were all too evident. We asked for towels. The previous occupants rubbish was in the room's bin. The Nespresso was thick with dust. There was plenty to like but the aforementioned points were pronounced flaws. We did not take breakfast.

My room was small like most European rooms, but especially comfortable - the bed was a dream world - many TV options - the buffet breakfast perfect for me - just a brief stroll to the center of the city - good taxi service - staff attentive - excellent English

Approaching the hotel on a busy road was challenging, the car park was behind double red doors which was not clearly marked. It would be useful for the hotel to inform future customers, when booking, of this issue. Apart from the parking, clean and comfortable.

A lovely hotel. Sorry we didn't get the name of the lady on reception of our arrival because she was so helpful and her english was good and tried to encourage me to try my french. Close to the old quarter. Room was a good size maybe put breakfast tea in the tray as well as flavoured tea.

Amazing staff, very helpful and super friendly. We did find some hair in the shower but apart from that, everything was great!

Very comfy and good value

It was easy to find. Parking within premises. Although should be free and not charged. Apart from that loved the stay. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms very clean and more than fitted purpose. They even supplied tooth brush as i forgot mine. Would definitely book again.

At the night when we arrived, the staff told us to park the car in front. Next day when we waked up, found another staff member already called the police to tow our car away. It wasted our time and money. Meanwhile, the vent in the room didn’t work and we smiled the smoke all night. My kids hated it.

Spacious room. Very helpful staff

Parking was off site and a bit of a walk. The convenience of a Carrefour market much appreciated.

The staff were super helpful and made life very easy. I was also allowed to stay and work from their shared workspace after I'd checked out. Super friendly staff, clean and tidy hotel.

Very clean and updated room. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Large clean bathroom with rainshower. Handy to have a small refrigerator. Front desk and cleaning staff very friendly. Walkable to the shops and market.
