Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars for it! Amazing stay

Not as expected at all ! We paid around $750.00 per night . We did not get a sea facing room , which was a bummer ! Also the surrounding area is very good and they show only those pics , we were not all impressed with the rooms . Not happy at all after paying so much for the room !

The hotel location was beautiful. The room was large and very clean, but the hotel halls themselves were being worked on at the time of our stay and were not that clean. The food at the hotel bar was mediocre, but the breakfast was very good. It was unfortunate you could no longer access the beach and this was not disclosed prior to our stay.

The service was poor during breakfast. It was slow and we were not sure if it was just them ignoring us because we were not caucasian because everyone else around us was being served so promptly. At some point we got so tired of waiting, we just took the pot of coffee and served ourselves, nothing wrong with that its just a little upsetting when you see how they treated the other guests versus my family.

It is a beautiful and scenic hotel with wonderful views that is large enough to find quiet spaces if you are an adult without kids but also seems to accommodate children very well. Breakfast is excellent and the staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive. The concierge Ines was so helpful if arranging boat excursions, dinner reservations and car rentals. The property is walking distance to town and also to many other beaches. An excellent choice for staying in this area

Beautiful view to the property. Room smelled a bit. Staff not as welcoming although we had one issue that upset me an they worked on rectifying it quickly. Do not expect a hi and good afternoon/morning when you enter or exit the property. Somehow not very warm.

Fantastiskt hotell med trevlig personal! Valde ett rum med utsikt över havet och blev verkligen inte besviken! Ska jag nämna något som kunde varit bättre för att vara kritisk så var det flödet i duschen, att dörren till toaletten på rummet inte gick att låsa och den limiterade tvn där man enbart kunde hyra filmer ur deras utbud för €10, men vem åker hit för att se på film ändå liksom? Burgaren i bistron var inget att hurra över men deras club sandwich var desto bättre! Lite otur att den glutenfria ölen också verkade vara en hårdvaluta. I övrigt varma rekommendationer

Então, procuro ser muito sincera em minhas avaliações para ajudar outros hóspedes assim como sou ajudada. Infelizmente paguei por um quarto de frente para o mar, e fiquei com uma vista parcial do mar, pois o 6 andar tem uma mureta horrível roubando metade da vista, nas fotos eram sacadas de vidro e quando fui reclamar pois eu tinha 5 diárias eles me q mandaram voltar no outro dia as 9 da manhã que resolveriam. Infelizmente isso não aconteceu, eles deram uma desculpa que o hotel estava cheio e infelizmente não se esforçaram em nada, um homem que penso ser o gerente tentou me enrolar, que no sexto andar eram camas de casal e eu escolhi cama de casal, pensem em um hotel gigante uma desculpas dessa parece que somos “frouxas” foi como me senti. Acho que deveriam ter me recompensado, o que não aconteceu além das diárias ainda gastei 800 euros no hotel pois tudo é caríssimo, uma água de 1,5 ml mais de 50 reias! Fiquei muito decepcionada. Os atendentes eram muito simpáticos e solícitos para mim são a única coisa nota 10! Os restaurante eram ótimos fomos em todos funcionários ótimos e simpáticos. Todos bastante caros mais muito bons. Como disse atendentes ótimos. Porém para mim o erro com o quarto foi grave mais o pior de tudo sem dúvidas foi não resolverem meu problema tentaram de trocar para uma opção horrível no canto e segundo andar! Um vexame!

We loved our honeymoon stay at Tivoli! We felt like Mariana at The One restaurant made us feel so special and really went above and beyond to make our meals amazing and personal. Bernardo also gave some great wine suggestions and local vineyards to check out! We will be back!

The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming. The selection and quality of the food at all the different restaurants was excellent. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Great views from most rooms. Would stay here again.

A localização e a vista do hotel são fantásticas; não há o que falar, de tão lindo! O café é indiscritível! Os atendentes, na sua grande maioria, são extremamente simpáticos. Única coisa a desejar foi a temperatura da piscina externa que, mesmo num calor insuportável, é extremamente gelada.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The views were stunning. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect - walkable to Carvoiero and the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk. They also have a free tuk tuk to take you to the beaches and to town.

Can’t beat the view, gorgeous hotel, they provide a free shuttle to the beach and main town.

It was terrific for the most part but the walls against the desk were dilapidated and brown. Not a huge deal but not what I expected from a high end hotel.
