The hotel is relatively new, which I really liked. It has excellent facilities, including a great gym and pool. Unfortunately, the room was a major issue during our stay. We visited on a very hot day, and the only fan in the room barely worked. The ventilation in the room was very poor, but the bigger problem was the bathroom. There was no proper ventilation, so all the steam from the shower stayed in the bathroom and eventually made its way into the bedroom, making the room feel even hotter and more uncomfortable. This wasn’t simply due to the hot weather, the ventilation itself clearly needs improvement. Another major issue was the shower. The shower is poorly designed and water literally floods the entire bathroom every time you use it. The glass screen does not properly prevent the water from coming out, so we had to put all the towels on the floor just to stop the bathroom from flooding. Overall, the hotel has great potential because it is modern and has excellent facilities, but the ventilation and bathroom design in the rooms really need to be addressed.
