The hotel was fine for us, and though we couldn't check in early, we were able to use the Wifi while we waited in the lobby, and they securely stored our bags for us. The room was clean enough, but unfortunately the fridge was unplugged so unusable and the toilet seat was loose. I mentioned both issues to the reception at check out and assume they will be fixed. :) The staff we interacted with was helpful.

Number of bulbs in the room had blown . These need to be checked more often. Covered in dust .

A very lovely stay ! The hotel was nice and clean, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only thing I would say is how far the hotel is to Amsterdam central, it is quite far but other than that, amazing !!

Ret lækre værelser, rent og nydeligt. Lobby virker også ret hyggelig, men morgenmaden er ret dyr ift. hvad man får, dog er det begrænsede udvalg der er godt. Ligger et stykke væk fra offentligt transport.

My first room the aircondition was not working and the staff provided at once a other room. I liked the service there

The toilet seat was awful, it was loose and moved about. It also didn’t fit properly and was the wrong shape for that toilet. I used my sons room toilet instead!

De kamer was ruim, fris en het bed goed. Badkamer eveneens ruim en een bijzonder goeie (stort-) douche. Ontbijt was divers. Klein minpuntje: de kaas eigenlijk te oud / uitgedroogd om aan te bieden.

Ontvangst was prima. Helaas véél arbeidsmigranten en asielzoekers in het hotel die het niet heel ruim nemen met stilte en rekening houdend met anderen.

The bed linens were not changed. There was no water bottle, no tissues, and no slippers. The hotel smelled bad (like marijuana cigarettes).
