The hotel has easy access (a few minutes walk) to the pier and Salamanca Square, which holds Saturday flea market. The service was good. If breakfast is included in the room rate, it's not buffet but a la carte for A$35.

Quirky. I had room facing cafe and woke to smell of grease every morning. Room quite dark despite lighting. Quiet and convenient in great area. Desk staff excellent. Mixed bag, overall expensive compared to similar class hotels in area
