The staff is extremely nice and helpful! The location of Jazz Hotel is really nice where restaurants and shops are very close. Walkable distance to shopping avenue. Thanks very much for the free upgrade and would definitely come back!

シャワーの水圧が弱かったり、パッキンが外れていたりと水回りはあまり良くなかったですが、地下鉄がすぐ近くにあり立地もよく、食事も美味しかったです。 スタッフのみなさんも親切でした。

Jazz club and pool area were both closed. Left nothing to do on the actual property. Coffee pots didn’t work, room service closes early and there’s no concierge.

Sehr ärgerlich und nicht wie von Hotels.com bestätigt, konnte ich beim Check-in die gesamten Hotelkosten mit Euros bezahlen. Von Hotel Jazz wurde nur 1/3 mit Euros und die restlichen 2/3 mit der Kreditkarte akzeptiert! Meine gewählte und bezahlte Zahlungsoption war aber teurer und darum habe ich schon 1-mal reklamiert und eine Stellungnahme von Hotels.com gewünscht! Ich finde dies eine betrügerische Art und Weise und erwarte von Hotels.com die schriftliche Stellungnahme in 2-3 Tagen! Ansonsten werde ich leider andere Schritte vornehmen müssen. Besten Dank für Ihre Bemühungen.

Clean room, staff and location made this the perfect hotel

Great location. Nice large room.

Hotel Jazz is very well located and the rooms are modern and very spacious. The rooftop/pool area is a great option, though closed for the season at the time of our visit. The pool is for cooling off rather than swimmings laps due to the size. Many of the rooms open to an interior space and should be very quiet. Ours faced an avenue but with heavy glass and thick, blackout curtains traffic noise was minimal. The staff was very nice, efficient, and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Definitely will come back and highly recommend it!
