On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5

房間很乾淨，周邊也很安靜，但是走路距離內沒什麼超市，得先自己帶好吃的喝的，不然就是吃餐廳了。整體來說算蠻好的。

離市中心有段距離，但很適合自駕的人，床很大很寬，一家三口睡也睡得舒服，不過床有點高，可能是荷蘭人都很高的關係吧!另外，晚上老公有去附近散步，他說附近的風景不錯，很適合慢跑。

The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience.

I could not sleep at all until 1am because the lobby was always loud, the bar was there and everybody drank and talked very loud. The most important thing is no any hotel employee tried to ask them to stop/reduce the noise, even it's already 1am. I can not image how I suffered that night because it's a very horrible experience.

hotel room is spacious and view to the water is nice. Dinner at the hotel is not recommended, much better restaurants can be found easily at city centre with the same high prices.

Le cadre est enchanteur. Le personnel est parfaitement à l'écoute. Les équipements sont parfaits

Schönes großes und ruhiges Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Frühstück, das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Close to thrings

Heerlijke moderne kamer met prima badkamer. Voor 2 vriendinnen, zoals wij, zou een slot op de badkamer/wc deur fijn zijn. Een beetje prive is altijd fijn😁 Uitstekend ontbijt. Mooie ligging, de wandeling naar Utrecht centrum is prima te doen.

Hotel situé dans un parc et au bord de la rivière très paisible avec un spa ( piscine, sauna et bain turc). Petit- dejeuner correct. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec trois lits et avons eu une chambre rénovée avec une terrasse donnant sur la rivière...magnifique!! L'accueil à l'arrivée était froid

Uitstekend ontbijt, rustige kamer, schoon. Enige vreemde was dat mijn kamer op de begane ground zat en er inkijk was in de douche vanuit het gebouw ernaast. Je zou toch verwachten dat er blinderingsfolie op het raam zou zitten om dit te voorkomen ….

Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too.

Modern tasteful decor throughout, relaxing ambience, spacious well appointed bedroom with lovely products and quality coffee pods. The food/breakfast buffet were very good. Having the pool and spa area to ourselves was a real treat. We would love to stay again
