the staff are wonderful here, warm, friendly, and really like a family

The room was fabulous and the size of the bed amazing. We liked the brick work and the privacy of the balcony.

Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De kamer met terras heeft ons positief verrast en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben privilege geboekt en dat is zeker een meerwaarde!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick und Blick auf den Golfplatz. Personal super nett. Grosse Auswahl beim Essen welches sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Infinity Pool war toll.

A l'extrémité de Melanoras, les chambres donnent sur la mer. De belles piscines et un service attentionné. Restauration buffet très industrielle, et places dans les restaurants "privilège" pas adaptées aux nombres de chambres privilèges

Really friendly staff, great location, good dining options

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and unique.

Simply great - we had a fantastic stay. Check-in fast. Staff very friendly. Comfortable, large rooms (superior sea view). Great choice of nice food. Enough sun loungers at the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unusual architecture, lovely grounds and pool, close to Meloneras beach and pleasant 20 minute walk into Maspalomas. Buffet ok for breakfast but disappointing at dinner, food bland and lukewarm. Towels on sunbeds all day despite hotel policy of removing them.
