Really disappointed with our stay. The room had a strange odor and was located directly on the side of the freeway—by 4am it was so loud it felt like we were sleeping on the freeway. We asked to be moved and were told no rooms were available on the quieter side, which didn’t seem accurate.
Rooms are very dated and the pillows are basically throw pillows. When we requested more, it took over two hours to get them, and when I offered to go pick them up myself, I was told I couldn’t.
Customer service was poor—Dominique at the front desk acted like any request was an inconvenience.
We also asked for a late check-out due to the terrible sleep disruption and were told the hotel was “fully booked.” Oddly, I was able to go online and see plenty of rooms available for the same night.
They advertise free breakfast but automatically tack on a mandatory gratuity, which feels deceptive.
There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are newer, quieter, and better priced.
Would absolutely not stay here again.
