First, the receptionists are rude. The staff was not helpful in arranging rooms. We said it would be better if three rooms can be on the same floor and not on the ground floor but the staff wasn't listening and busy on his own stuff, and soon he gave us 3 rooms on separate floors and claimed that it was our problem instead. He said they are fully booked. Then few minutes later, he said there are one on the fifth floor. He said he got no more rooms on upper floors and said we should request it at the moment we book the hotel, and not willing to change room later on if there's room available upstairs, or else we be charged for the cleaning fee of 23€. At last, we got one on the ground floor, one on first floor and one on the fifth floor. Second, when we finally got the room keys, we found there is no air conditioner but "air refresher". The room temperature keeps remaining 27C. Moreover, one of our three rooms have problem on electricity. The receptionist failed to send technician to help and he restarted the main button. But soon the all electricity was gone every five minutes, which was unacceptable to be stay for even one night. The receptionist asked us to come for checking every time the electricity broke down even at midnight. It is impossible for us to go in and out all night. Therefore, we asked for changing room, however, the staff rejected and claimed that the room was in normal condition the day before and said foul language at us.

It is a very nice apartment hotel for family and couples. We have 4 people, and the room could change into 2 single room when you need. During the daytime, it is one room for everybody. Clean and everything for cooking in the kitchen. Location is not in the center of Paris, however, you could enjoy the clean, quiet and nice surroundings and 3 supermarkets, cake shops. Moreover, it is have a metro entrance nearby. So it is easy to go to the center and tourism spot. I will back to it if I back to pairs. 这个家庭式公寓酒店非常适合家庭或者夫妻，酒店设施齐全，有无线网络，厨具都很全，干净整洁。最好的是，房间可以拉开门板后隔成2个单独的房间，因此夫妻带父母出游的人，晚上可以有自己的私密空间，甚至可以隔绝打鼾的爸爸。附近的地铁站很近，超市也较多，还有很好的面包店，当然你需要步行8分钟，不要去出巷子口左拐的华人超市，价格很贵。地铁很方便，所以在巴黎，没有必要住在市中心，这里的性价比很高。

8月半ばに家族4人で3泊滞在。 暑い時期でしたが、しっかりエアコンも効いていて清潔で満足。治安も問題ありません ただコインランドリーが2台しかなく、いつ行っても使用中で大変でした、、しかもここだけ現金でちょっと不便。(洗濯機6ユーロ、乾燥機3ユーロ) それ以外はパリ中心部から離れますが、リーズナブルで良いアパートメントホテルだと思います。

Best place to stay in Paris, specially if you’re with family. The kitchenette is a big deal and the breakfast is amazing as well

Good location of the property. The apartment was decent however not very tidy. The staff were not very friendly. The property does not offer any house keeping which was not ideal especially whenntravelling with the family. The location has good access to metro. Overall 3/5

This is a great place to stay.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Zimmer ist mit Küche. Nachteil sind die kleinen Mängel. Die Toilette war klein, nur bei offener Tür zu benutzen. Ein Wasserschaden wurde innerhalb von mehreren Stunden behoben. Das Internet funktionierte einen Tag nicht.

The rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels in Paris but the beds are not the most comfortable. We did not get cleaning service during our 3 day stay. Breakfast menu is same everyday. Scrambled egg and bacon did not taste good. Croissants and freshly squuezied orange juice were great though. Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is 10 min walk to the metro station then you need to ride 20 min to the main attractions

Ac did not work properly. Filter was filthy. Vent to the room was full of dust. Hotel did provide a fan. We just opened the windows at night for air. Street noise was a bit much. Room set up was great. Had the ac worked and vents not been full of dust we might not have gotten sick from allergies. Other than the ac issue the place was nice.

We had a good overall experience during our stay. The room was as expected — nothing extraordinary, but comfortable and clean. One of the highlights was a very kind receptionist who spoke Portuguese with us and made us feel welcome from the start. However, unfortunately, the check-out experience left a negative impression. On our last day, I explained to the man at the reception that I had to leave earlier than planned due to a flight change, and asked about the possibility of a refund for the unused nights. He responded in a very rude and cold manner, simply stating that “it’s not possible” — with no explanation, no willingness to help, and no empathy whatsoever. That moment stood in stark contrast to the otherwise decent experience we had. It’s a shame to leave with that final feeling.
