First, the receptionists are rude. The staff was not helpful in arranging rooms. We said it would be better if three rooms can be on the same floor and not on the ground floor but the staff wasn't listening and busy on his own stuff, and soon he gave us 3 rooms on separate floors and claimed that it was our problem instead. He said they are fully booked. Then few minutes later, he said there are one on the fifth floor. He said he got no more rooms on upper floors and said we should request it at the moment we book the hotel, and not willing to change room later on if there's room available upstairs, or else we be charged for the cleaning fee of 23€. At last, we got one on the ground floor, one on first floor and one on the fifth floor. Second, when we finally got the room keys, we found there is no air conditioner but "air refresher". The room temperature keeps remaining 27C. Moreover, one of our three rooms have problem on electricity. The receptionist failed to send technician to help and he restarted the main button. But soon the all electricity was gone every five minutes, which was unacceptable to be stay for even one night. The receptionist asked us to come for checking every time the electricity broke down even at midnight. It is impossible for us to go in and out all night. Therefore, we asked for changing room, however, the staff rejected and claimed that the room was in normal condition the day before and said foul language at us.

It is a very nice apartment hotel for family and couples. We have 4 people, and the room could change into 2 single room when you need. During the daytime, it is one room for everybody. Clean and everything for cooking in the kitchen. Location is not in the center of Paris, however, you could enjoy the clean, quiet and nice surroundings and 3 supermarkets, cake shops. Moreover, it is have a metro entrance nearby. So it is easy to go to the center and tourism spot. I will back to it if I back to pairs. 这个家庭式公寓酒店非常适合家庭或者夫妻，酒店设施齐全，有无线网络，厨具都很全，干净整洁。最好的是，房间可以拉开门板后隔成2个单独的房间，因此夫妻带父母出游的人，晚上可以有自己的私密空间，甚至可以隔绝打鼾的爸爸。附近的地铁站很近，超市也较多，还有很好的面包店，当然你需要步行8分钟，不要去出巷子口左拐的华人超市，价格很贵。地铁很方便，所以在巴黎，没有必要住在市中心，这里的性价比很高。

Had been trying to communicate with Hotel prior to our trip. We emailed, called for weeks before arrival but nothing back. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told they didn't have our rooms even though confirmation of the booking had been sent to us. They said it was due to a technical issue - but failed to get any information from the technical team or tell us the real reason why we couldn't have our rooms. After 60 minutes of discussion and asking to speak to the manager, finally they were able to give us a bed for the night. Staff were not very helpful at all.

Service was excellent

Très propre, très calme, vraiment proche du parc expo. Personnel (Katia et Rémi) vraiment très à l’écoute et très agréables.

Could have been more cleaner with respect to dishes and kitchen and utnesils

Very friendly checkin and checkout process, very close to T2 tram station. I stayed in two different rooms, quality varies.

Our room didn’t have heating and it was very cold during the night. They tried fixing it and they kind of did on our third night but the heating system was very old and extremely loud. You could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room and bad smell from cooking that was coming from the vents. Room looks better on the pictures, some renovations was done, but you can see very old doors and cupboards were still there.

Great hotel, the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t clean your room while you are there at all. But is a very cute place, very confortable and good location. Everybody was very nice with us. The guy that works in the restaurant is lovely.

This property was wonderful and so very accommodating with my every request. I had a wonderful experience!

Odeur désagréable dans le studio. Baignoire en mauvais état ( pommeau de douche qui fuit + troues dans la baignoire)

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas elle était cassé c’est dommage
