we love the location:in front the beach. the counter ticket to railay beach is also beside the hotel hence the pick up and drop off point (for the long tail boat to railay beach) is there too. the staff is very polite and helpful. I left my brooch inside the room and the housekeeping staff save it for me.

Nice room, near to the beach but the restaurant was serving non halal

คือเราจองไป 2 ห้องค่ะ ไปถึงประมาณ 4 โมงเย็น ก็จอดรถ แต่พอจอดเสร็จ โทรให้มาเลื่อนรถ ประมาณ 3 รอบ พอ 4 ทุ่ม เวลาพักผ่อน ก็โทรให้มาเลื่อนรถอีก 1 รอบ เพื่ออ...พนักงานพูดจาไม่เพราะ เหมือนเรามานอนฟรี แถมเอาเราไปนินทากับเพื่อนเรา ซึ่งนางคงไม่รู้ว่าเราเป็นเพื่อนกัน ที่เอาไปพูดว่า รถเราคันนี้ใช่มั้ยที่มีปัญหามากๆๆ น่าเบื่อ เมื่อไหร่จะหมดเวลาทำงาน แบบนี้ก็ได้เหรอ แต่โรงแรมดีนะคะ แถมตอนกลับ มีค้อนเบ้าหน้าใส่ด้วย คือจ่ายเงินนะคะ ไม่ได้จับฉลากฝาน้ำแล้วได้นอนฟรี แถมเราไปกับแฟน ตอนเช็กเอาต์ออก เสียค่าน้ำที่บาร์ในห้องพัก ซึ่งเรากับแฟนไม่ได้กินเลยย (เรื่องที่เราสอบถามคือว่า น้องคะ ถ้าพี่เอารถออกไปกินข้าว กลับมาจะได้จอดที่เดิมมั้ย นางบอกไม่ค่ะ เราเลยถามว่า เราจะได้จอดแถวนี้มั้ย นางบอกลูกค้าหาเอาเองค่ะ ริมถนน.) ยืนฟังแบบงงๆ แถมปั้นหน้าใส่ แรงค่ะ

Hotelnya tua, kamarnya juga tua. Sarapan pagi biasa saja, lokasinya enak depan pantai Aonang, cari makan juga dekat banget.

Noisy industrial size fan next door at the back, so the room was immediately changed to the front. Unfortunately we didn't find out that the air conditioning wasn't working until 2 o'clock at night, so I didn't call the reception. I asked therefore for a price reduction as the hotel was expensive at about 1800 Baht, but the hotel refused to give me any reduction.

房间很漂亮，舒适，靠近海滩，靠近购物区。

酒店本身就在海滩旁边。您可以一边享用早餐一边欣赏海景。每位员工的服务都堪称五星级酒店的标杆。房间很漂亮，床也很舒服。我一定会再来的。

It was my short visit at Phranang Inn, just 2 nights and I found the comfortable and relaxing mood there, nice and clean hotel with very nice breakfast and charming staffs, I will give this hotel the thumbs up.

Great Location (next to the beach), Great Room, Great Food!
