房間非常好，服務台人員非常友善，距離公車站，地鐵站，電車站都非常近，只是剛到飯店停車場不能進去，需要先行拿卡，這點比較不便，因為飯店周遭非常難停車．

附近環境安全舒適，離地鐵站不遠 房內設施齊全

停车极不方便，门前不能临时停车。头次来不熟悉不方便。早餐太贵，停车收费过高，而且进出不便，旅客不能在前台得到住宿发票，总之不方便。

Walkable to Marseille stadium & metro. Staff incredibly helpful. Apartment clean & has everything needed. Would stay here again.

Chambre propre et hôtel à côté du velodrome, très pratique. Le monsieur de l’accueil, je n’ai pas son prénom mais très sympa et drôle.

Mauvaise isolation, impossible de dormir avec le bruit des portes et des déplacements au dessus de la chambre. Il tva une bouilloire électrique dans la chambre mais même pas ee thè ni café offert . Le prix est excessif par rapport à la qualité du service proposé.

Bon état dans l’ensemble mais la propreté laisse a désirer (canapé très sale, sol poussiéreux…) et certains éléments mériteraient vraiment d’être rénovés ou mis au goût du jour (plafond, baignoire, meubles de cuisine…)

We stayed at a one bedroom unit and liked the cleanliness, location near Prado, kitchenette and good AC. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. However, the property was dated. There were chipped tiles, patchy paint jobs, broken/loose floor skirts, bathtub cracks among other issues. These maintenance issues detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Other Citadine properties we've stayed in were better maintained. Also, while there is underground parking available, one must first check-in to get the access card. The parking is also a bit difficult with tight corners and angles.

Great holiday apartments, smart design, good AC throughout, well equipped, good soundproofing and really enjoyed access to a balcony

Nice location for the event we went to. Just ensure you don't want anything between 12:00 and 14:00 as no is there to provide assistance. Our key card failed and we had to wait for 2hrs to get back into our room.
