Good property overall and I would stay again. Staff were friendly and good. Extremely quiet location. Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as well as some of the bathrooms that have baths only. Finally a minor point and only if you have lots of luggage. You have to walk to the reception from the car park to inform the reception that you have arrived so they can come and help you as it is hard to roll them over the gravel and stones. Similarly my room didn’t have a phone to call the reception to help us with our luggage on our departure.

On the plus side: The location is beautiful with open views across the countryside. The reception staff are willing, efficient, friendly and do their best in the face of quite a few challenges. The hotel is characterful. On the downside: It is not as advertised - if it was a product that we had bought we would have sent it back. We booked and paid for a hotel with a leisure centre and gym. It doesn't have either - no gym at all. We were promised fine dining - apparently it used to be, but it is far from that now, it has a casual cafe making pizzas and a few pasta meals which were ok for lunch. The kitchen is open so it is easy to see that these meals are not made fresh and are nowhere near fine dining. The hotel seems to be in the process of being run down with various aspects being left to poorly maintained. This was true in our room where half the lights didn't work, the taps had been replaced in the bathroom but leaving parts of the sink still with holes, the tennis court was far from the picture on the website - if it is not resurfaced in the next few months it will soon become unplayable. If the hotel was advertised accurately it may say 'charming, rustic, rural' but it should never say 5 star. We wrote to the hotel after our stay to invite their comment but they did not reply.

Not according to web site. Gym didn’t exist and the golf course was in terrible condition. A lot of garden work at the pool. But otherwise clean, quiet and friendly

Nous venons de rentrer d’un séjour de 3 nuits à l’hôtel Reserva Rotana et nous n’avons qu’une hâte c’est d’y retourner ! J’avais offert ce séjour à mon mari pour Noël dans le cadre d’un week-end surprise golf et je suis extrêmement satisfaite de mon choix, mon mari a tout adoré ! L’accueil par le maître des lieux était top ! Un monsieur très très sympathique qui nous a surclassé à notre arrivée. Notre chambre était magnifique et très spacieuse en rez de jardin avec petite terrasse privative. D’ailleurs toutes les chambres sont disséminées dans le magnifique parc. Le domaine est sublime et très bien entretenu. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant qui offre une carte très raisonnable. Et que dire des infrastructures ! C’est le paradis pour les golfeurs. Le golf 9 trous est très joli et technique, d’ailleurs prévoyez des balles, vous risquez d’en perdre quelques unes ;-). Le golf est à disposition des clients de l’hôtel à volonté... pas besoin de réserver ! Vous avez la possibilité de louer une voiturette. Le coin piscine est ravissant même si nous n’en avons pas profité. En bref, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde tout est parfait ! Un petit détail : le GPS de la voiture vous emmène dans une petite zone industrielle ce qui surprend, mais pas de panique il faut continuer quelques kilomètres plus loin, l’hôtel est fléché, et vous le trouverez en pleine campagne, au beau milieu de la nature, c’est divin !

Das Hotel verfügt über den einzigen privaten Golfplatz auf Mallorca. Spielen dürfen hier nur die Hotelgäste und auswärtige Gäste , die das Golfmenü ( Menü & unlimited Golf ) gebucht haben.Daher ist der 9 Loch Platz nie überfüllt und man kann nach Lust und Laune spielen ohne sich an irgendwelche Abschlagzeiten halten zu müssen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen abschließbaren Garderobenschrank, damit man sein Golfgepäck nicht durchs Hotel schleppen muss. Kostenlose Trolleys sowie kostenpflichtige Carts stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr hochwertig und zieht am Wochenende viele Spanier an, die es mit einer Runde Golf verbinden. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Klasse Service. Sehr gutes Essen. Der Zustand vom Golplatz ist OK. Unsere Junior Suite ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Es war alles sehr schön , nur die Ruhe wurde von schreienden Jugendlichen und am Pool liegenden Engländern mit Handy zerstört .... Schade weiölt sonst war es Top !!! Dieses Hotel ist auch nicht für Familien mit Kinder geeignet , es gibt keine Spielecken oder Räume für die Kinder , eigentlich taten mir die Kinder leid die mit ihren Eltern dorthin gefahren sind ....

Sehr freundliches Hotel mit sehr bemühtem Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Leider etwas weit vom Schuss. Zimmer etwas zu rustikal. Im Frühjahr auch nicht richtig warm. Vor allem Badezimmer in der früh Kalt.

Tolle Anlage, wenig Zimmer, nicht zu viele Gäste, sehr sehr gutes Restaurant, super zuvorkommendes Personal, schöner kleiner Pool, genug Ruhe und Chill-Bereiche. Tolle Landschaft. Super-Erholung. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele kleine Ausflüge mit dem Mietauto. Einziges Manco: unsere Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen.
