We had a very nice staying in the hotel. The staff was very professional and attentive.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean and modern, with great rooms with excellent bath facilities. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. My only issue was the noise from a concert in the Square in front of the hotel. The bands played till 1:30am and it was impossible to sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault but you might check for festivals before booking. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

Great hotel in the historic center of Leon. Easy walking to many excellent restaurants. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well kept.

Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, das Auto konnten wir in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage gleich nebenan abstellen zum Hoteltarif. Personal ist recht hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Lovely hotel and breakfast but noisy on the Plaza Mayor until 4:30 a.m. both nights I was there. When I checked out, clerk said I could have asked for a room not overlooking the plaza. So if you’re not planning to be out partying all night yourself, you might want to keep that in mind when asking for a room :-)

Breakfast was fantastic

The highlights of this hotel are the amazing staff (front desk and housekeeping). They are all so helpful and thoughtful, to the extent that one front desk member took a note of my room number, in case I didn't come back from my adventure on public transport. The location, too, is excellent.

The hotel and our room were clean, and the staff were attentive. The bed was comfortable. Although the rooms were not soundproofed, it was quiet at night since the hotel is set back from a large plaza. The hotel also has a small gym, which we appreciated—it was great for burning off calories after enjoying heavy meals at the delicious nearby restaurants. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Overall excellent experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the plaza. The hotel is centrally located so you are within walking distance of various restaurants and bars, including the popular Barrio Húmedo. Highly recommend when visiting Leon!
