I love the check in , it was very nice we were very appreciated there. DOME was nice but just one minus for it service for the staff at taxi stand was very bad they make us wait around 30 mins without taxi coming in we could just get taxi from outside of the tower very easy

Was super impressed by what this 5 star hotel has to offer, they upgraded us to the superior city view suite, room was super spacious (super recommended to have parties with your friends) with 2 balconies overlooking the iconic Bangkok skyline (Waking up and sleeping to this amazing view was the highlight of our stay for sure! ), spacious living room! Will definitely come back to Lebua every time we will visit Bangkok!

ดิฉัน จองห้อง 7,500 เตียงคู่ แต่ได้เตียงเดี่ยว พอสอบถาม พนักงานบอกว่า แล้วแต่ช่วงห้องว่างค่ะ? แล้วเพิ่ม เตียงเสริมไป อีก 2,500 บาท เอาจริงๆนะค่ะ ห้องเก่ามาก เฟอร์นิเจอร์สมัย ไหนก็ไม่รู้ เซอวิทไม่ได้เรื่อง กระเป๋า ต้องยกขึ้นรถ Taxi เอง ขนาดกระเป๋าเรา 3 ใบ (ผู้หญิงด้วย) ข่วงรอเช็กอินนาน น้ำสักแก้วก็ไม่มีมาต้อนรับ ผลไม้สักอย่างก็ไม่มีในห้อง (แตกต่างจากโรงแรมอิ่นๆ) มีจุดขายแค่ข้างบน ท่าจะให้กลับไปคงไม่ค่ะ ท่าห้อง 3,500 ok มากกว่า ไม่สมราคาโรงแรมเดินเข้าไปแล้ว ไม่ได้ wow wow เลยสักนิด

tv connection is really really bad, always need adjustment and reboot every morning and evening from the staffs. internet is on and off, we complained and got our own router which was very nice of them. Staff are nice; service is good except for the tv connections.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights at suite room and river view. Bed was very big and comfortable. Actually was too big for us. At night a bit noisy from the outside. Internet was good but sometimes connection slow or even stopped a while. Bathroom amenities great. The floor at shower room was slippery as I fallen over once. Thank God I was holding on the handle door. Breakfast was Super! A lot of variations. Must try eggs benedict. We loved it! Staffs were helpful as we got late check out until 2 pm so we could enjoy more at swimming pool. Lebua was great but need to repainting as many new riverside hotel is developing Now.
