我們訂的是2床房，但chk-in時卻給一張大床，不高興但他們也沒房了，只能接受，卻也沒主動提供補償措施，服務實在是欠佳啊！

As a holiday inn group ,the hotel and room condition is reasonably decent and clean . The staff are polite. However, the bathroom is a bit old fashioned and the air-conditioner is quite noisy every time when the motor restart. I preferred not to use it during sleep. The location is near the exit of a freeway, so it is convenient to drive in and out. It takes about 12 min drive to Disney land . some fast food restaurants like Pho Vietnam noodle, Denny’s kitchen, Mexican food , Jack in the box are nearby.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The neighborhood is not the best anymore, as there are several homeless people that sleep in the parking structure. But the hotel is amazing. I completely enjoyed my stay and intend to come back next month.

The check-in girl was not mice at all, she was im a bad mood I guess.

Overall very nice.

For crying out loud, it’s a little motel hotel in Fullerton. This part ofFullerton is a decent neighborhood right across from the college.

Friendly, helpful staff. They let us check in early and check out late (upon availability) which was very helpful for us. We had dinner and drinks at the bar, Carmen made great cocktails, her customer service was outstanding, and the food was very good 👍. We also breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian needs, kudos to the cheff and server, the food was delicious 👏

The room was very nice and comfortable. Check in went well. When I received my invoice and charge on my account after checking out, I was charged for four nights instead of two. I have contacted the hotel but they have not called me back to straighten this out. Do I deal with the hotel or Expedia to solve this problem??

The stuff was friendly and the hotel is new.

The bathroom had a very strong sewage odor from the beginning and won't go away. When we were in the room or during the night time when we sleep, kept the toilet lid closed, fan turned on ans bathroom door closed shut so the smell does not leak into the bedroom.

Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The common areas and rooms were very clean and nice. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
