Very welcoming and great breakfast and staff

Liked the location, safe at night as much as you can be in downtown Memphis. DIDN'T like, bathroom outdated and was supposed to be accessible but low toilet & high step in shower only 1 bar for safely. Also, sink didn't drain.

Property was close to Beale St and the entertainment of the city. Also, the staff was very customer friendly.

Great location downtown, disappointed in properties cleanliness.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was excellent for our purposes. Everything was within walking distance. Would happily stay there again.

Staff were kind. when I asked one staffe "how can I get Missippi River Boat?", he kindly and in ditail let me know. It was so helpful for me. Room was clean. Beakfast was OK, not bad. One thing I disappointed was that my room's safety box didn't work when I checked in so I asked front desk staff to fix it, but it never been fixed during my stay.

Since it's a 3 star hotel, you are not getting anything fancy. I expected the bare essentials but unfortunately, they didn't deliver. Housekeeping went into the room but only emptied the garbage cans. They didn't make the bed or replenish any needed items. I had to visit the front desk for toilet paper, etc. The worse was there were a few gnats flying around - we think coming from the bathroom sink. The bed was comfortable, employees friendly and the breakfast had good variety but I won't be staying her again.

Super close to food, parks, attractions and most are walkable. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and we will be staying here again!!

Reggie at the front desk was very kind. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The room was clean. The beds were a little hard for my preference. There were people sleeping on the sidewalk across from the entrance. Reggie that checked us in was fabulous. It was easy to use the in and out valet. The breakfast staff answered our questions but seemed inconvenienced by us being there. I was surprised that staff would push by and not acknowledge your existence. I felt like what they were doing was more important than being polite and waiting. Example they would get on the elevator first, squeeze by you without apologizing, listening to music on speaker phone and caught up in conversations with each other ignoring you. The whirlpool was broken. The elevator in the Kress historic building was broke half of our stay. The double queen suite was nice. It was quiet. Not sure if I would stay there again. Would be 5 stars if staff was better and the whirlpool/elevator worked.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel if traveling in Memphis because the location is close to any places downtown.

Good experience overall. Excellent location. Right in the heart of the city. Parks around, 5 minutes walk to the waterfront. Nice views.

Extremely comfortable beds and super clean but the internet and tvs would not work
