Calm and clean room but quite small. Very good location near the train station. Very effective air condition which also was necessary when it was over 30 °C outside. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and worth the price.

Så otroligt trevlig personal! Speciellt Jerome, han var väldigt hjälpsam och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas och känna oss hemma. Därav var det utmärkt service.

Sehr nettes, zentrale gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar (24 h Rezeption). Es wurden täglich Handtücher getauscht und Betten gemacht. Sauber war es auch und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Am Bahnhof kann es manchmal etwas lauter werden. Aber sonst super!

Hôtel situé juste en face de la gare. Chambre climatisé avec un bon lit. Déco un peu daté. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Cannes. La croisette est à 5 mn et les rues piétonnes tout à côté.

Delightful hotel for a very very reasonable rate. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen clean and comfy. Bathroom large. Rooftop breakfast lovely. Also used the rooftop for that one last glass of rose'. Location excellent - easy walk to Rue D'Antibe and Rue Meynadier and to Le Suquet. The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and nice. Definitely would return!

Emplacement en plein centre de Cannes. Proche de tout. Mais chambres vieillottes et mal insonorisées. Étant proche de la gare (juste en face). Beaucoup de bruits toute la nuit. Prévoir boules quies. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. Pas bcp de propositions et tout est regroupé au même endroit ce qui rend l’accès un peu compliqué.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned regularly, the air conditioning worked properly, and the terrace offered an amazing view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the location was extremely convenient—just steps away from the Croisette Boulevard and the train station, yet there was no noise from the station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The only downside was the lack of a minibar or fridge in the room, and there was no shared refrigerator available for guests to keep water or ice cold during the hot season. The staff kindly allowed me to use their own fridge, which I greatly appreciated. However, it would be a nice improvement if the property provided at least one guest refrigerator on each floor. As a minor suggestion, updating the carpet to a lighter colour in the future could make the property feel more spacious, brighter, and even cleaner-looking. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
