Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and room was clean with nice linens. Our only problem was our door battery was dying for key card entry so we were locked out of room multiple times which was very frustrating and a waste of time.

Dining and bar plus food options to buy was very convenient. Only complaint I would have is no towel racks and the fitted sheet on the king size bed was too small and came off on one side as soon as you laid on it.

Very nice hotel on beautiful grounds. Superb continental breakfast for $7.50 if you are looking for lighter breakfast (5/26/25). Other breakfast options available and you will be waited upon at your table. Half of the rooms have balconies. Some lower floor have walk-out sliding patio doors. Two fine dining establishments in walking distance but one would require crossing busy street. Easy access to main drag in Wisconsin Dells (centrally located). Stayed at this location 2 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building is very well maintained. Personal rating - 9 out of 10 (I'm very picky when giving a 10).

We love staying at this hotel. We love the location. Parking is easy. Staff excellent. Pool great and hot tubs.

Location next to the dell bar! Perfect

During my stay we first entered to our hotel room, went to check out our balcony/ we were excited for this aspect of the room. The screen on for the patio area was torn to where a small child could fit through the bottom of it. The door leading to the patio's lock was unusable as it did not turn to the lock position. A slight concern as we did have neighbors who could have easily (if they wanted to) have gotten in to our room. We got back after a long day (2 AM) to shower. After entering the shower I had realized that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. I called the front desk and nicely asked if I could please receive some to my room as I was already showering. And if they could just drop it by the door and I will grab it. I was rudely responded to by the front desk attendant stating that I could come get it myself because they were busy with other clients. I had then stated to her I would prefer it be brought to my room ( I was just in a towel at this point/ quite literally in the middle of my shower ) i then had asked if
