Bad service at the reception! No one pick up my phone when I try to call for make up room. When I came down, they were actually just do nothing! Requesting for make up room, but they don't do that and let my room dirty for 2 days! The next day when they clean the room, they just left the dirty glass and only change the bed sheet. Nothing else! This will be my first and last time to stay at Mercure Southbank Mercure. Reception is not helpful at all!

Near Flinder station, 6 minutes by walk, good location and clean.

Strategis, dekat flinders station, suasana sekitar sangat suka, gampang cari makan ke flinders street, banyak street food, kamar besar dan nyaman, ada fasilitas microwave, staf sangat membantu, saya akan balik ke sini lagi.

Housekeeping kurang memuaskan: menginap di hari pertama sampah di kamar tidak dibuang. Hari kedua tempat tidurnya tidak dirapikan seperti tidak dibereskan sama sekali 3. Sarapan tidak bervariasi (3 hari sama persis).

Everything is ok, but the heater is malfunction. I stayed there on late may, almost winter. At night temperature outside could be 5c so a proper functioning heater would be helpful.

Great time here and everything was good. Near the train station Flinder station and good location in the city. Nice and hepful staff.
