Booked a room at the last minute as we were visiting relatives in the area and decided to stay a night. We managed to get the last parking spot when we returned from an evening with them.

Great hotel overall. Would stay here again. Just like my other reviews, only downside was no A/C.

Had a short family stay. The family room was a good size, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the pool and changing rooms were excellent

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stsy except for the beds. The beds were not good at all. The bed in the room we stayed in was broken. The 2 pieces of the base were not connected as the mechanism that is supposed to connect them was broken. We had free use of the gym which we used every evening for the duration of our stay. I'd rate the newtown park 7 outif 10. The only thing that lets them down was the beds.

The room was very cold on check in. We call down to reception to be told the heating would turn on at 5pm. During the night the room became very cold around 1am. The heating was obviously turn back off. There was a very loud humming noise from something outside all night, maybe fans, obviously not heaters.

Service was great. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Room was a wee bit dirty I had to clean the kettle in the room before using it. Gym and pool ware great. Few more vegetarian options would be good on the menu.

Great hotel. Plenty of facilities. Well maintained. We stayed here with two kids who loved the place. Nice swimming pool (just be aware that they require swimming hats, so bring or buy one). Breakfast was fine. Scones in the bar were excellent.

The room is okay, looks abit old. We checked in with 2 receptionists, one was very nice. The pool is good. We are not recommended the breakfast.

Nice hotel just 1 complaint the fire alarm went off at 2.15 in the morning due to a fault and the night staff had no idea what to do it seemed there was no fire plan as some guest came out and others just stayed in room and no fire brigade attended which I thought was very bad. And no appolgy

Room was fab, very big and comfortable. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was DIABOLICAL!! If I could think of a worse word, I would use it.
