Gentillesse du personnel , nous avons eu la chanbre dès notre arrivée. Food Truck pizza très apprécié. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un stationnement gratuit et finalement l'hôtel est situé près est intra muros 😀

Hotel is conveniently located near ferry port in a nice area within walking distance to intra- muros.We stayed 5 nights in April and used it as a base for seeing St. Malo and the surrounding area. Only downside of our trip was that the outside pool was not open, as we would have enjoyed having a dip after spending the day sightseeing in the sun.

Fully equipped apartment in St Malo. A bit out of the old town but walking distance. The late check in was possible with instructions given ahead. The down part is that you have to do your bed on arrival - not ideal when you arrive late.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, proximité du ferry, génial pour un départ très matinal. Appartement basique mais fait parfaitement le job. Quartier très sympa, calme, possibilité d’aller à pied dans la ville intra-muros. Bref une bonne adresse

Super acceuil par l'alternant present a mon arrivee... Studio spacieux, mobiler vieillot et canapé lit tres inconfortable meme avec le surmatelat fourni... Il est temps de le changer. J'ai tres mal dormi... parking payant c'est un peu abusé. Sinon tres bon emplacement et boulangerie au bout de la rue.

On a ouvert le sofa-lit et c'était plein de poussière dessous. Pour le reste c'était assez propre.

Parti avec 3 adultes un enfant et un chien de taille moyenne. Hébergement assez grand et fonctionnel. Plutôt bien placé. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de chose à pieds. Seul bémol la porte fenêtre qui fait beaucoup de bruit et la porte entre les couchages également. N’empêche tout de même pas de passer un séjour agréable.

Le studio est bien kitchenette impeccable

J ai mis 3 étoiles car j'ai appelé plusieurs fois pour changer de date d arrivé et à chaque fois on me raccroche au nez

Check-in was easy and the room was reasonably clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. The front desk staff member with glasses was curt when this was brought to her attention, although another colleague resolved the issue quickly. At checkout, when asked about my experience, I mentioned that the bed was noisy and uneven. The same staff member appeared to take the comment personally rather than as feedback. A more professional response is generally expected from front desk staff in the hospitality industry, particularly in France.

C'est une résidence très propre. Le personnel y est très sympatique.
