酒店風格整體很符合古都，內部設施品質高.價格合理。

酒店職員態度很差。我很清楚記得我選擇了有早餐的房價，但我入住時竟沒跟我說那個房價是不包早餐，待我們第二天吃完早餐要退房時，才跟我收早餐費。(我人在西班牙，不可能即時PRINT出HOTEL.COM的確認信給她看。)我入住的日期是星期天，她又沒告訴我們星期天泊車是不用付費，害我們找車位找很久又擔心會被抄牌。其實酒店有車位，但她不開放給客人，不知為何。酒店有免費無線上網，但要我們問她，她才很不情願地把密碼交給我們。 總之，前台的職員態度極不友善。

Tudo excelente! Uma sugestão seria melhorar o acesso do estacionamento ao hotel ou ter mais pessoas disponíveis para ajudar no transporte da mala, mas a estadia em si é excelente! Amamos o quarto que é super espaçoso e os funcionários do hotel, além de sua localização ótima! Outra sugestão, seria quanto aos utensílios do café da manhã, estavam alguns sujos e eram lentamente repostos, pois são poucas pessoas trabalhando. Todas MUITO atenciosas, porém no dia em que estive haviam muitos hóspedes para poucos funcionários.

Room fairly basic for a 4 star hotel, close to Toledo old city. Room was clean, bed good, breakfast superb, parking ok. Bit noisy but no real issue.

la recepción muy amable , bonita el área común de desayuno y lobby pero las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, pintura y renovar . Baño estaba dañada la tapa del toilett y humedad en las losas . Desayuno OK

A opção foi só alojamento. O nosso quarto era enorme. Bem decorado e muito confortável. O colchão e almofadas muito bons. Junto ao hotel há opções para pequeno almoço muito agradáveis. Fora das muralhas, mas muito próximo a porta de Bisagra.

Nos encanta el hotel. Cuando visitamos nuestros familiares en Toledo nos hemos quedado varias veces en el hotel. El personal es amable y competente. El desayuno es excelente. El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es practico: relativamente cerca del casco y también cerca de la estación de buses si se desea visitar Madrid y no llevar el auto. El hotel ofrece servicio de parking, aun cuando también cerca se puede estacionar en la calle pagando para evitar multas. Con seguridad volveremos. We love the hotel. We've stayed there several times when visiting relatives in Toledo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location is convenient: relatively close to the city center and also near the bus station if you want to visit Madrid without a car. The hotel offers valet parking, although you can also pay to park on the street nearby to avoid fines. We will definitely return.

Place very well located, personal very helpful and respectful breakfast was great

Short walk into downtown Toledo and all the sites, this property is easy to access and close to amenities. Drop off out front is a tight space with limited room, can fit several cars but you may have to wait.

Camas comodisimas, desayuno bufet muy variado. No hay comedor . Al lado esta in Restaurante CALAMBITO muy recomendable. La situacion del Hotel muy comoda, 50 mts parada de bus.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Zentrum, ist sehr gepflegt und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Danke an das Freundliche Personal.
