I like the bathtub, and it is good that the toilet and the shower room are separated. There is no sink in the toilet,but it is ok.

Room is good and Location is okay. It takes around 15 minutes to go to Aachen Dom.

Every thing was good except the bed was too stiff

Es war alles sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Allerdings war es viel zu warm im Zimmer, um gut schlafen zu können. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider gar nicht und es gab keinerlei Kühlung. Zum Glück war kein Sommer mehr. Auch täte mehr Platz für Kleidung und ein Kühlschrank dem Zimmer gut. 1 Nacht ok, aber wir waren 4 Nächte dort.

Prima hotel, dicht bij het centrum en restaurants. Echter de weg naar het centrum is niet zo schoon en "veilig" om alleen te lopen. Parkeergarage onder hotel voor €18 per dag, lift vanuit garage komt uit in het hotel.

Sauberes Zimmer, personal freundlich. Zentral gelegen, direkter Zugang vom Parkhaus.

Preis/Leistung ok. Für Hunde sollten zum Abtrocknen Handtücher bei der Rezeption bereit liegen, auch im Interesse des Hotels.

Limpieza, ubicacion, atencion. Excelente

Prima locatie en nette kamers. Ontbijt was ook zeer compleet en netjes. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Garage onder hotel, geen onderdeel van hotel, was handig maar wel prijzig en veel zwervers.

Der Service war toll. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr laut.

Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Sauberkeit war ok. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich warm und es ist uns mit der Lüftung nicht gelungen, die Raumtemperatur zu reduzieren. Die Umgebung hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Wir waren nicht unglücklich, dass unser Auto über Nacht in einem Parkhaus stand. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen.

Nice overall. Just the AC wasn’t working in our room and it was too hot. Also the room was small for a family of 4

We don't really have a good feel for Aachen as a city and aren't sure what to say about the area other than that it was pretty vibrant and appeared to offer some night life opportunities. The hotel was clean and modern and the service was mostly good, although they seemed to be thrown a little for a loop by a family showing up to breakfast with two kids, which was odd. The room was adequate, but not big, and with both the bed and the pull-out sofa if was tricky to move around. It had an adequate fitness facility on the top floor, with dumbbells up to 10kg, a full-body selectorized weight training machind, and some cardio machines, as well as a shower and changing area.

The hotel and room as such were fine. But there are too many drug addicts and drunks in the blocks around the hotel. The parking lot is spacious but some parts of it are used as public latrine. Very close to main shopping areas and other parts of the city center.
