I like the bathtub, and it is good that the toilet and the shower room are separated. There is no sink in the toilet,but it is ok.

Room is good and Location is okay. It takes around 15 minutes to go to Aachen Dom.

Every thing was good except the bed was too stiff

This was a nice hotel in a good location - most of the city is nearby for walking. Fairly reasonable price. Very large room - that was nice.

Rooms were excellent, very clean comfy beds. Staff were very helpful with parking of motorbikes Breakfast is buffet style but food was good and there was a choice for everyone

Tertemiz ve büyük bir oda idi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı yok yazsada bina altında komple otopark var geceliği 8 euro. Doğum günüm olduğu için ailecek içecek ikram ettiler. 5 yıldız

Die Standardzimmer sind geräumig und funktional eingerichtet jedoch leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht so gut, da noch Krümmel von Vorgänger auf dem Teppich waren. Das wurde jedoch umgehend vom Personal beseitigt. Positiv: Man kann das Fenster ankippen und die Klimaanlage ausschalten. Zentrale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Geschäfte, Dom, Rathaus, Eurogress). Die Tiefgarage wird fremdbewirtschaftet (ca. 21€ Tagesticket) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Location is great, family friendly that they have little corner fro small kids, bed is comfortable

This was a very comfortable room,and all the staff were very helpful. There was no hand basin in the toilet in the room. Which is not sanitary. The breakfast was high standard. The downstairs bar was well stocked and the barman was welcoming.

Ontbijt was vers en super lekker! Ook heel veel keuzes.

Bel hôtel, excellent petit-déjeuner, belle salle de fitness. Deux regrets : le quartier où nous avons vu pas mal de drogués au crack, et le service de chambre. Nous sommes restés 2 nuitées, le ménage n'était pas fait, et nous avons dû réclamer 2 serviettes de toilette qui avaient été oubliées.
