I like the bathtub, and it is good that the toilet and the shower room are separated. There is no sink in the toilet,but it is ok.

Room is good and Location is okay. It takes around 15 minutes to go to Aachen Dom.

La chambre est propre, mais les lits sont mal disposés et il n'y a pas assez d'oreillers. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. J'ai généralement de très bonnes expériences avec Novotel, mais celui-ci a été un peu décevant.

A good location for site seeing or getting out of town. Place is clean inside but general streets around are not clean. Good buffet breakfast and underground parking is handy. Area can get noisy at night if you leave windows open otherwise it is quiet.

Väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Offentlig parkering ligger under hotellet så det funkade jättebra att parkera där och ta hissen upp till hotellet.

Clean and comfortable room and bed. Expensive breakfast. Relatively unwelcoming reception staff.

The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day.

This was a nice hotel in a good location - most of the city is nearby for walking. Fairly reasonable price. Very large room - that was nice.

Rooms were excellent, very clean comfy beds. Staff were very helpful with parking of motorbikes Breakfast is buffet style but food was good and there was a choice for everyone

Tertemiz ve büyük bir oda idi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı yok yazsada bina altında komple otopark var geceliği 8 euro. Doğum günüm olduğu için ailecek içecek ikram ettiler. 5 yıldız

Die Standardzimmer sind geräumig und funktional eingerichtet jedoch leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht so gut, da noch Krümmel von Vorgänger auf dem Teppich waren. Das wurde jedoch umgehend vom Personal beseitigt. Positiv: Man kann das Fenster ankippen und die Klimaanlage ausschalten. Zentrale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Geschäfte, Dom, Rathaus, Eurogress). Die Tiefgarage wird fremdbewirtschaftet (ca. 21€ Tagesticket) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.
