Hotel was but I think they need an upgrade you could see the tiles are old in the bathroom otherwise it ok not great

Shower door was broken. Towels were low quality. One breakfast staff was not courteous.

Local Sema Bois de Renovación la la propreté, pas terrible et le service à la clientèle. Vraiment zéro. Nous reçoit avec la musique forte le soir. On nous reçoit à la réception dans une boîte de nuit musique forte pas intéressant quand qu’on fait 13 heures de route et arriver fatigué. on voulait du café y avait pas de café machine dans la chambre on en demandait une on a entendu une heure il y en avait pas il nous répondait pas. Ils nous ont donné un café qui venait de la discothèque et qu’il était horrible pour une grand hôtel comme cela extrêmement désappointé.

Very old hotel

The staff was very helpful. Our room had a bad smell. Everything seemed to close down early, the pool by 8 pm, the restraunts and bars on weeknights and breakfast started at 7. That was to late for anyone having excursions or early flights.

Yes everything and the staff was great

Very good for short stays, budget travelers. The rooms are not new but unless you will stay on the room all the time is more than enough. Also have a tub, that is convenient. Have nice tv, aircon, WiFi and complimentary water. For the price is very good value. I will return.

Falta de Mantenimiento en las puertas de los baños

c'era una perdita dal vetro che chiude la doccia e l'appartamento si é allagato, alle 16h00 ho chiamato la reception ma non avevano nessuno da mandare, alle 17h00 sono andato io in reception e mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero risolto il problema o cambiato di stanza. Alle 22h00 nessuno aveva fatto nulla. ho chiamato di nuovo furioso e un tecnico é venuto per mettere silicone. Il tecnico é entrato con le scarpe nella doccia. ha lasciato tutto sporco. Ho chiamato per avere qualcuno per pulire per potermi fare una doccia ma nessuno é venuto. A mezzanotte ho dovuto pulire la vasca della doccia e finalmente fare una doccia. TRa l'altro, L'ACCESSO ALLA PISCINA MI É STATO CONCESSO MA LA MIA PERMANENZA IN PISCINA MI É STATA GENTILMENTE NEGATA PERCHÉ C'ERA UN EVENTO PRIVATO E IL FESTEGGIATO NON VOLEVA VEDERE OSPITI DELL'ALBERGO IN PISCINA. QUINDI HO PAGATO TANTO PER AVERE UNA CAMERA ALLAGATA E SENZA POTER USARE LA PISCINA. CON LA PRESENTE CHIEDO IL RIMBORSO
