The staff are really nice. The room is very clean and comfortable.

整體很好，乾淨和服務員的態度也很好只是房間比較細但如果自駕遊一定要預早留車位因為車位很少，早餐也可以的，地點非常方便，因為景點都不用開車去，值得介紹一下的。

Very nice hotel on a quiet side street, but very convenient to all Bruges has to offer. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. But there are plenty of places to eat within a five minute walk.

It was a wonderful place to stay, close to the Market yet far enough away to avoid the noise.

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Staff at the front desk were helpful albeit a little stretched at busy times so may need more staff to help them during peak periods. Overall a good stay, but I think it needs a few extra touches to claim its 4 star rating. The rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything through the door, walls and ceiling which leads to a very disruptive sleep. Also no robes in the room which would have been nice. No free bottle of water in room etc. These are extras for a standard hotel, but I’d expect to see them in a 4 star hotel.
