Pool was not available rooms needed upgrades and wasn’t cleanest

Nice location and good stay

Trip between Reading Pa and SC. Great stop to layover.

Listed facility as average as it is undergoing renovation. 2nd floor and pool were closed due to that. The renovated rooms look great and are nicer than previously. Staff was really excellent

Dtaff was very nice

We booked this hotel for three reasons: the pool, the hot tub and early check in. The pool and hot tub were under renovation 2 days before we got there and we had to wait til 4pm for a 2pm check in. The hair dryer caught on fire and the breakfast choices were not healthy other than the fruit. We tried to book another place but they were already booked up so we decided to stay rather than drive the 7 hours home. The staff was kind. So there was that but otherwise I would never stay here again. They ran out of water on the second day so we ended up buying water, breakfast and a hair dryer. Not the trip we planned or expected. I have photos but its not letting me add them for some reason.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and service. Everyone very polite professional. The only thing we didn't like is the pool was being renovated so no hot tub or pool. Over all excellent experience.

Was nice

Very comfortable and friendly place

One night stay on our way to Williamsburg. Newly renovated room the was beautiful. Close to highway so a bit noisy from truck traffic. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff were all super friendly.

Great everytime

The stay is one of the best stays I’ve had honestly! Rooms were cleaned. Dove products a plus! Only complaint no ventilation in the bathroom (leaking ceiling from steam) Breakfast was great (pancakes and Cinnabons a plus) Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I love that check out was at 12pm and I was giving a comp hr till 1pm. The gym was nice also! Although treadmill didn’t work. The staff were kind and friendly! I appreciate the free water giving at front desk. Also plenty of free parking. Places beside hotel KFC, Arby’s, Popeyes, and Sheetz gas station.

Easy access to hotel. Bed comfy and room clean. Issues: walls and doors seem thin. Overall a “loud” hotel as u can hear everything. A/C unit didn’t have continuous fan option to help drown out noise. Staff was friendly, but very loud in the morning as they were beginning to clean rooms and I was still trying to sleep. One person, seemed to be telling others what to do, was very loud. Could clearly hear their conversations at 7:30 ish in the morning. Breakfast buffet was good. Also, smaller size TV is extremely slow to power on and change channels. And with no channel guide on screen, quite annoying to go through channel by channel to see what is on.

Was easy to find and close to a lot of things. Issues: half the tv channels did not work, staff seemed bothered having to do anything above check me in. The phone in the room didn’t have any sort of cord- for power or a telephone line. Staff just shrugged it off and offered no solutions

Our room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good.
