The staff is great which helps the overall stay at the hotel. Another good thing is the proximity of the bus stops and pretty much everything you need is not too far when walking. The actual hotel is very very old. The design but also things like the AC which is very outdated and did not work for the full month we stayed there. We didn’t have wifi for almost 2 weeks since the hotel just didn’t seem to care that no one had wifi for so long. There is a lot of dust and the property is visually not clean. We had ants in the room which made it very annoying to be there. The breakfast was a very basic typical hotel breakfast but their coffee was great as well as the pastries. Outside of that everything felt and was very outdated and not on par with our expectations. Once again the staff were great and made up for some of the disappointment from the property but we would not book there again personally.

Staying at the Hotel Idea was a terrible idea. The photos shown on the website bear no resemblance to reality. The hotel is in very poor condition: it is filthy throughout, with carpets stained with paint and marked by cigarette burns. The elevator floors are completely cracked. Even the handle on the main entrance door is hanging by a single screw. The steps and the entrance carpet are dirty and stained with paint. Although there are no signs posted—nor is it mentioned on the website—it appears the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The walls in the hallways are riddled with cracks and holes. The breakfast selection is limited, and several of the food items look unappetizing (nothing like the photos). The dining room chairs are so dirty that sitting on them is repulsive. The guest rooms were dirty, and there was a strong, foul odor coming from the bathroom plumbing. There is no air conditioning. The walls are extremely thin, allowing you to hear absolutely everything—even bathroom noises—from the adjacent rooms. There are damp stains on the bathroom ceiling. My first reaction was to want to flee immediately, especially because I felt my trust had been betrayed; the photos and description of the hotel on the website are completely at odds with reality. However, I had already paid for 2 rooms for 6 days—a considerable amount of money—and neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to offer me any refund. So, I had no choice but to stay. It was a truly bad experience.

Esperienza estremamente deludente. La stanza era in condizioni pessime, molto lontana dagli standard minimi che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva. L’arredamento era vecchio, rovinato e trascurato, con mobili chiaramente usurati e mai aggiornati. La pulizia era gravemente insufficiente: polvere diffusa, superfici sporche e una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. In alcuni punti la stanza sembrava addirittura non essere stata pulita adeguatamente da tempo. Il bagno era inaccettabile, con segni evidenti di incuria, sanitari non ben igienizzati e accessori logori. Anche la biancheria non dava alcuna impressione di freschezza o cura. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto sgradevole che non consiglierei. La struttura avrebbe urgente bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa e di un serio miglioramento degli standard di pulizia e manutenzione. Colazione negli standard

No air con. Apparently not allow to switch on and windows faced into a residential courtyard. Self parking wasnt great, paid parking is an option. Breakfast was average at best. And the walls in the hallways had holes in for construction.

L hotel e il servizio abbastanza buono tra l altro un ottima colazione compresa nel costo dell hotel. Purtroppo c è stato un neo abbastanza negativo, i condizionatori erano spenti e la camera era su un lato dell albergo dove batteva il sole. Avendo avuto a che fare con giornate calde non si poteva stare per le alte temperature. Ci siamo lamentati con la direzione ma ci è stato risposto che non accendevano aria condizionata prima di giugno, per cui confort della stanza dovrei dare un voto inferiore allo zero.

Come per altri hotels trovo ottima la scelta di Hotel Torino Mirafiori. La mia prenotazione è stata discretamente lunga e per ulteriori necessità ho ripresentato un'ulteriore prenotazione nel mese di gennaio per un periodo ancora più lungo. Il personale è molto disponibile ed offre il meglio per rendere il soggiorno il migliore possibile. La camera è davvero soddisfacente con tutti i confort e un bagno adeguatamente attrezzato. Ottima e varia la colazione.
