理想的住宿之地，但是酒店的卫生状况真的不容乐观

酒店设施非常棒 所有的用具(包含厨房，浴室)都准備非常齊全，真的是很棒的酒店，下次还会再来 我也会推荐给我的家人及好朋友

酒店共三幢樓，住宅式酒店，兩房一廳兩廁一露台。廚房有齊所有設備，還有洗衣乾衣機，但要自備洗衣粉。另外，加拿大大部分酒店都沒有提供牙刷牙膏!! 距離Banff 駕車約20分鐘，酒店有免費泊車，附近有加油站。去超級市場，餐廳等約5分鐘車程。 酒店check in 時間較晚，要1600。另外，我們住兩晚都沒有人收拾房間，亦沒有clean up 等牌子，不知是否要自行通知front desk。 下次再來都會入住! 有洗衣乾衣及廚房設備對long trip guest好有幫助!!! 亦十分適合一家大細!

It what’a good

Overall our stay was great, the unit needs a paint refresh and dusting was overlooked in the dinning and living room areas. Parking in the area is limited, and the underground parking was full beyond just the one limit of vehicle per unit which the front desk staff did not seem to have an issue with. We were visiting for our wedding and there was a large winter blizzard so not having access to underground parking was frustrating.

Amazing mountain views from every room.. clean and had everthing we needed... staff was helpful and very nice ... never had a problem with parking ... would definitely return!!!

the carpet was so dirty

Condo was a great size. Great views. Easy parking.

Great spot at a more affordable price in the mountains. Furniture seemed slightly dated/well used but didn’t take away from a great experience.

The room we have booked had everything: kitchen with all the things you need to warm up, toast or cook if you want. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, just to mention some. Every balcony has a natural gas BBQ. Pretty much all the things you can have at home.

Mattress were not comfortable at all.

Quite and well managed property.

Had a wonderful stay. Our only issue would be the kitchen was very sparsely equipped and missing some basic items. But wonderful property, and location. Would definitely stay again.

We stay at The Lodges often, and it is a wonderful property to have a vacation away from home.

For such a large property there should likely be a larger hot tub. Perhaps also an adult additional hot tub. One for family's and one for adults without family's. Not likely to happen, but a suggestion.

I was given a suite with broken appliances, blinds and doors. When I complained, FrontDesk person said there’s no solution.

The showers were terrible. The single beds were very uncomfortable.

This place was great to family trip! We loved heated pool and hot tub.
