Stayed on business for a week. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Room had all amenities required. Didn't get to the pool but colleagues said it was good. Would certainly consider staying again

I like very much personal communication, very plait, quite apartman, and easygoing with metro nr.13 in all directions.

Peaceful and quiet location with nearby supermarket and metro, large room enough for 4 people but no toiletries and they don’t do room cleaning services.

Great little hotel to stay in

The floor of the bathroom was slippery when dry and one of us did slip and cut his foot on the door bar. This was reported to reception but they didn't understand when we asked for the incident to be entered I their accident book. They gave the impression that there wasn't one.

This was a decent stay. It fit our needs perfectly as a family of 3 on a budget holiday. The surrounding area was nice enough as was the property itself. However, the parking on site is very limited (which was not stated anywhere) and tight, and the shower did not have very good pressure at all. Otherwise, it was fine.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel didn't clean our room at all during our stay and didn't even provide the means to clean it ourselves. The toilet stayed dump and smelly for the whole stay as it doesn't have any air circulation or ventilation system. Disappointing service for the price

Can't fault the staff as everyone is super helpful, sadly the rooms are very much ageing and need a little sprucing up.

Major importance close to metro and bus. Secondly, room have small kitchen equiped with everyrhing from pot,flasszfork, knife,plates you name it they have it ready for you I like that I was able to cook some food since I know how to cook.Last Emily at the front desk is very polite and made my stay comfortable.

Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, staff friendly and helpful, pool could have been warmer, but was very clean... Overall a good stay, close to metro and main line stations

Незважаючи на деякі можливості з покращення стану номеру все дуже сподобалось. У ванній кімнаті були рушники - без доплат. На міні-кухні (хоч ми і не готували) була необхідна техніка та обладнення для приготування їжі, посуд і головне штопор☺️, мийний засіб і т.д. Дістатись дуже легко на метро по 13 лінії (з CDG до Gare du Nord на RER, а далі з пересадками на метро). Розташування готелю сподобалось, близько до супермаркетів, кафе. Одного разу пройшли від готелю пішки до Ейфелевої вежі. Надзвичайно привітний персонал, який допомогав у будь-яких питаннях. Повернуся як буде можливість.

Staff were very helpful & friendly

Bathroom drain was blocked Had a walker and had to do 3 stairs up and then down to get to our room. Very exhausting after sight seeing in Paris Need to take off the free shuttle bus from the airport if that hotel does not have it

Lovely place, not to far from the city center, train bus just around the corner, staff really nice. Quality/ price 5 star

very little communication from staff, no explication of wifi or front door policy on arrival. adagio have spammed me with countless emails since I stayed. Room was fine, the extra door to block out sound from the corridor was appreciated

my room was not tidied and sheet was not changed in 3 nights!

Everything is perfect ,people working there are very servicable and also the rooms are comfortable

The hotel is nice and clean in a great location for visiting Paris. There's lots of really nice restaurants and bars around and the Metro station is only 5 mins walk away. It would have been better with Air Conditioning but for the price we paid its still a very good hotel.

It was amazing nice place near to bus metro

Positive - room had everything we need during our stay, so that we can cook meals. We were on the 5th floor facing inside, which was quiet and away from the sun. This was important since there was no AC and room got very hot at daytime. The hotel has a swimming pool and we used it a lot. A big plus when the weather was very warm and we can cool down every day. Hotel conveniently located 5 mins from 2 metro stations and one supermarket. Negative - surprisingly hotel has no AC but they provided fans.
