Simplesmente sensacional!!!O hotel é perfeito. Extremamente acolhedor e confortável. Os funcionários são todos muito amáveis, cordiais e prontos para ajudar no que for preciso. Um elogio muito especial a todos os recepcionistas e mais especial ainda ao Ismael e ao Nicolas que foi extremamente atencioso com os nossos pais que estavam em celebração. Vai faltar espaço para elogiar a atenção das camareiras,do gerente, do pessoal da recepção e do restaurante. Não à toa , o hotel é impecável, pq além de muitíssimo agradável desde o lobby até a cobertura, o atendimrnto é ótimo, do inicio ao fim. Os quartos são lindos,com uma decoração super elegante e de bom gosto, camas que te abraçam, chuveiro, shampoo e creme deliciosos e de qualidade. Tem até ferro e mesa de passar. São primorosos em cada detalhe. A comida do restaurante é ótima, assim como o café da manhã. O estacionamento é para poucos carros, mas não faltam vagas nas ruas e avenida em frente. A rua é livre , gratuita e segura. Pode ir sem medo. Localização excepcional que te oferece lindíssima vista para a praia de todos os lados que vc vá, quartos, saguão, café, jacuzzi e sala fitness. Fica beira mar, perto do letreiro, do pôr do sol no Golf, farol...há um minuto andando do Shopping Punta Carretas. Estou resumindo a maravilhosa estadia,mas deixo os detalhes para que você leitor descubra em sua experiência. Pode reservar de olhos fechados. Voltaremos muitas vezes, se Deus quiser.

Localização sensacional, café da manhã personalizado, aluguel de bicicleta elétrica fantástica, um spa privado invejável. O ponto que pode melhorar é o check in e o entendimento do hotel com o programa de fidelidade do hotéis.com. Somos gold e no momento do check in tivemos uma desilusão muito grande.

Always a solid stay in Carrasco. Confortable rooms, good breakfast, efficient personnel. Very consistent.

The hotel is a great fit for business travelers and the cruise ship crowd. Very clean (attention to detail was big). Very good breakfast. It might be a bit fancy for leisure travelers. The gym is small and it is hard to lift weights because of lack of space. The big downside was the cost of laundry. We thought the price was in local currency and not USD. Paying $253 for what was 2 loads of laundry was the absolute most we've ever paid. (I've paid about $50 in the US for the same size and less in a lot of other countries).

Hotel novo, bem localizado e bom café da manhã.

I was expecting something a little bit more modern and updated and so my review is impacted by my impression that the hotel is due for a makeover. The electrical sockets were awkward and too few (so we needed to boil our water in the bathroom with the cord stretched over the sink) and the couch in our suite was old and a bit lumpy. We were asked to pay for our two pods of coffee each day which seemed odd to me, and a staff member eventually refunded the charges which I appreciate. We were given a 25% discount coupon to use in the hotel restaurant but it couldn't be used for our breakfast, which is the one meal we would have been able to eat at the hotel given our day trips. The hotel is in a lovely location, lots of nice restaurants close by, and back in the day I am certain it was a lovely and luxurious place to stay. It needs a nice update - and we felt safe and secure and overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Montevideo, Punta Carretas. Our room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast had a variety of excellent breads, fruit, and made to order eggs. There were two things we really loved: their ebikes and the rooftop plunge pool. We rented the brand new bikes for 10USD for a full day. The hotel is right across from the rambla, which is a 20 km. cycling/walking path. The pool is small--more of a large hot tub--but is available to reserve privately each day for an hour at no extra charge.
