Sin duda volveríamos, desde la atención y amabilidad de su personal, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, con todo lo necesario. Su comida no la probamos ya que nos la pasábamos fuera en el día por las actividades de los tours, pero la cortesía que nos dieron Woow estuvo de 10. La alberca a temperatura ambiente deliciosa. Estamos profundamente agradecidos y encantados, en especial con las personas que nos atendieron desde el inicio, Juan y el señor Félix que nos hacía el favor de movernos a sitios.

Tuvimos una estancia absolutamente divina en el Quinta Real Huatulco donde celebramos nuestra boda. Durante toda la semana, el personal estuvo muy atento, y nos consintieron mucho. La organización de la boda estuvo genial y toda el equipo del Quinta Real no solomente hizo que el evento fuera perfecto al organizarlo sino también participaron en hacerlo aún mas feliz con su calidez, buen humor y profesionalismo. Un agradecimiento especial a la gerente Dulce, Esaú, Juan Gil, Daniela, Isis, la capitana Eli, la chef Guillermina, Miguel, Will, Rodrigo, Javier, Luis Angel a todo el equipo de servicio!!

Hermosa propiedad! Vistas preciosas, atención cordial, privacía, muy buenas áreas públicas. Las habitaciones necseitan un pequeño facelift, pero nada de importancia.

The staff are excellent.

Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. There was little to no service available on a consistent basis on the patio, bar or restaurant. 3. The hotel is lacking funding and lacks any updates. Furniture like dresser did not have drawers that functioned. Housekeeping staff took NO measures to correct the issue. 4. Level of cleanliness when first arriving into the room was poor and clearly dirty in the bathroom. 5. The room had a nasty smell of sewer gases present in the room. 6. I would not recommend this hotel

Property was very quite, a lot of stairs, meals very expensive for what you received, service was excellent, staff very friendly, to get to pool or beach either shuttle or slot of steps, view was incredible
