Rooms lovey, staff friendly and happy, great breakfast, pool and garden area beautiful. This is our 2nd trip and will be back again

We had a lovely stay at Don Carlo Marbella. Very clean!!! Our room was perfect the pool is beautiful and all of the staff are lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

This is my second time staying at don Carlos and first time since their big remodel. At first I was disappointed to hear that the beach club / pool by beach front was no longer don Carlos but its own separate club called Lucia. However the service at hotel and attentiveness of staff was top notch. Pulling up to hotel with rental car. Immediately staff came to receive me and advise me leave everything in car. Directly escorted to the front desk where check in was a breeze. The room was spacious. Well decorated. Gorgeous bathrooms. (Typical European shower with no door though). Large new flat screen tv with ability to cast and stream apps. Two nitpicks here is that 1) despite having temperature at 19c (66f) the room remained quite warm during day and nights. Also the bathroom door is set up to automatically close, meaning if you take a hot shower all the warm air and humidity stays trapped inside. That needs to be fixed. Room has robes & slippers and extra large bath towels that I appreciate. Also has turn down service. At check out, they came to pick up bags. Loaded all bags in our car and even gave us ice cold water for the road. The service is exceptional and I will be back.

Our stay was perfect. The team at Don Carlos wants to ensure everything is taken care of and they certainly went above and beyond. From the arrival drink, to our ocean view upgrade, we loved every minute of our stay. Shout out to Patricia and Meri and the rest of the guest experience team who helped us with booking reservations, activities, etc. The recent renovations looks great, access to the beach and Lucia was awesome, and the gardens on the walk towards the beach are magical. Would highly recommend Don Carlos to anyone looking to stay in Marbella!
