The waiters in the restaurant are very arrogant and rude. Very rude to people who don't speak English.

Spacious room, friendly staffs. Arrived super early at 7am and the staff was willing to check available rooms and make some arrangements so that we could check-in early.

Spacious, comfy, nice view. Elevators straight to the Pacific Place Mall. Would definitely return!

Clean hotel.directly connected to mtr. Breakfast is delicious but less variety if you stay more than 2 days.
