Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family. Thank you park Hyatt!

Probably the BEST hotel in Zurich. Everything is just perfect in Park Hyatt. It’s quite modern; lovely interior design; great staff.

Early check in was not an issue room was as described. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Concierge team was extremely proficient, efficient and prompt with responding to issues, questions and concerns.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, from the concierge, front desk, restaurant, lounge, housekeeping, spa etc. they were all very welcoming and it was evident that their focus was customer service! Amazing

I mean what can I say? Ultra luxury hotel in the heart of Zürich. Staff was fantastic. Concierge was excellent. Food was great. Rooms were super roomy and clean. Located about 20 minutes to the airport, and a few minutes walking to the lake. This hotel was an excellent way to end our trip. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location , property top notch and concierge with excellent dining recommendations around the hotel, you can walk anywhere from the hotel . Only thing they can improve is the pillows which are small and bed is a little bit hard and I am more of a soft mattress guy. Everything else excellent!

Service beyond your expectations.

One of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Unbelievably quiet, with comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommended
