Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. Best thing is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall Bonaire (3 mins on foot). Loads of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket etc. Good place to spend an afternoon and take a rest.

Corridors shaped like cruiseship the hotel has free parking and is bear big mall Drive to valencia is approx 20min so better have a car to be mobile The outside of the hotel is neglected and has some metal poles nearby the parking that should be removed In general good budget stay

The hotel was evacuated and roads closed due to wildfires and police did not let me in, but IBIS refuses to refund me my money, when they were closed. I have attempted several times to get a refund with no response.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment super : très agréable, gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre est confortable et la petite terrasse extérieure est magnifique, parfaite pour se détendre. Le parking sécurisé est également un vrai plus. Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner. Il est très copieux, varié et bien présenté, mais pour les personnes qui mangent halal, le choix est un peu limité. En ajoutant davantage d’options adaptées, ce serait parfait. À part ce petit détail, tout était impeccable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation ! 😊

It was a Handycap room

Excellent property, with good breakfast, well maitained room and amenities.

Walls are so thin, you'll hear every little or big sound is directly in your room. House keeping starts the work at 8:30 AM, and begin with vacuum cleaners. You will hear All of their work and talk also at your bed in the morning

The hotel is close enough to the airport for an early morning flight (but still requires a taxi).

Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos e sem nada a apontar ao estado do quarto ou da limpeza. No entanto a oferta de comida no pequeno almoço podia ser melhor.
