L’endroit est vieillot, pas au goût du jour. Les restos et épiceries se font difficilement à pied. Les aires communes sont propres tout comme la piscine ! Le studio pour 2 impliques de dormir sur le divan-lit et celui-ci est pas trop confo ! Dans l’ensemble c’est ok en fonction du prix. Personnellement je n’irais pas pour de long séjour. Il y a aussi la possibilité d’avoir le déjeuner sur place mais non inclus. Le choix etait plus qu’ordinaire pour le prix !

Propert is not well maintained. Furniture is from the 60s. Needs painting. Far from public transportation. Needs o be updated.

Good aspects: Short journey from the airport- Biarritz Good location to the beach Access to local buses to Biarritz and Bidart - ask at reception for free bus tickets valid for 24 hours No so good aspects: No local shops/ food stores Uncomfortable beds and pillows need changing No umbrellas around the pool area and no facilities to buy a drink No extras included on arrival- you will need to bring or buy everything including toilet rolls, tea towels, dish clothes. Only one hand towel provided for 2 adults and 2 bath towels only changed weekly including bed linen. On check out they check to see that the room has been cleaned otherwise you willl be charged !! No safe in the room No local taxis that are happy to go to the local supermarket Illbiarritz which is good long to walk with shopping.

Good overall apartment-style hotel for an extended stay. Hotel is fairly basic but rooms are spacious and front desk service is warm and accommodating. The hotel is about 500 yards from a nice beach, however when the tide comes in it is littered with garbage--although this is more a general trend in the region and in no way related to the hotel. The hotel is about 2.5 km from downtown Biarritz. It's an easy walk or bike ride. We would stay here again.

Room was not clean when arrived. For 4 people, there is a 2 seat sofa. There is no free wifi. There is no indoor tennis court. All very misleading. Guests expected to fully clean the apartment - not just the kitchen - on departure.

Séjour court, mais super !! Résidence proche du centre d'entrainement de golf et du parcours. Appartement propre, linge de lit, serviettes de toilette à disposition. Personnel à l'accueil, très sympa. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

logement très bien situé, prix abordable, qualité du matelas moyenne, nous avons eu du bruit, séjour d'1 seule nuit, nous ne pouvons pas en dire plus sur les équipements annexes fournis

Convenable pour 1 nuit. Logement vieillissant et ne semble pas très entretenue

Läget mycket bra för dig med bil. Fantastisk strand ca 5-10 min gångväg. Går en buss in till Biarritz ca 3 min nedanför hotellet. Så läget 5 Receptionen bra. Men boendet i sig slitet, hårda sängar och överlag nog dags de renoverar en del.

Séjour très agréable ! Logement très propre,fonctionnel,très calme et paisible. Très belle vue sur la mer et sur le jardin . Très bien placé. Un vrai havre de paix

Déçu du séjour Ménage a t il été fait avant notre entrée? Peut être pas Literie et équipements pas adaptés pour un 4 étoiles (télévision de la taille d'un ordinateur) Piscine annoncée à 20 degrés mais réellement 15 degrés Dommage bien situé pourtant

110 euros pagado con adelantera y una canapé para dormir no es algo normal . Después clientes de fiesta y ruido hasta la 4 de la madrugada . No volveremos a este lugar seguro

Bon séjour dans une résidence au calme. Bon accueil du personnel à l'arrivée comme au départ. Canapé un peu vieux qui serait à changer.

schönes Appartement mit ausgestatteter Küche (ohne Backofen), Schlafsofa und Badewanne. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Terasse bzw. Balkon und großer umzäunter Garten mit Pool sind ideal um die Kinder herumtollen zu lassen
