Die Hygiene im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Schlechter Geruch im WC. Kein Kaffee, Tee auf dem Zimmer. Die Qualität des Frühstückbuffets lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig (Avocado und Quesillo teilweise säuerlich)

No table in room, only one chair in room. Not able to sit with my wife to order a drink from the bar since we had no place to sit or place our bar food (no table)

The hotel is old but has some nice features. The food in the restaurant on the first night was excellent. The 2nd night service was terrible. They got the order wrong and only brought 1 meal out even after the order was the same, they brought the wrong potato’s out and I never got any food. We complained the safe wasn’t working on the first day. That has not been repaired by the time we left. The towels were awful and had seen better days. They gave us 2 small bath towels and 1 hand towel between the 2 of us. Sadly I would not recommend this venue. Just awful and spoiled our trip to Santa Cruz.

Café da manha excelente. Hotel tem ótimo custo/beneficio. Nota não é máxima pq a cama é de molas, muito desconfortável. Atualizando as camas, hotel é uma ótima opção na regiáo. É muito bem localizado.

Bom restaurante, bom vinho Shaman tinto mas evitem comer língua.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Hotel bem antigo, e precisando de uma reforma. Moveis dos quartos bastante desgastados, tv antiga e carpete muito velho. Café da manhã também deixou bastante a desejar. A diaria é muito cara para o que o hotel oferece.

Muy buen hotel. Buenas camas, baños, Calefacción. Faltó en la pueza 1 silla mas para sentarse, una mesita de apoyo. Creo que debieran tener un poco mas de superficie

Muito bom. Bem localizado. Restaurante excelente.
