整體環境唔錯，房間整潔舒適亦夠空間打開行李箱，晚上街外亦唔會嘈吵，離車站約十分鐘左右，適合以巴士作交通工具

The hotel is excellent. I love the rooom, the service and the food very much. It has an outstanding interior and exteria outlook. And next to it is a church which is very beautiful. I love it very much!

The staffs are extremely helpful and willing to help. However the room is a bit dated and the cleanness can be improved. The major problem is in the bathroom, the shower area is dark and the shower water is not in constant temperature. Sometimes it’s extremely hot but sometimes it’s extremely cold. Overall, this hotel is ok but would not be my first choice next time.

房間空調只岀暖風，我們要打開窗子作通風，但窗外正正有地盤在施工，感覺不太良好。洗手間沖水系統有問題，沒有抽氣扇。即刻在門外掛Do not disturb 牌子清潔人員都會進入房間清潔(頭兩天覺得既然清潔了，沒有問題岀現就罷了)。第三天，回到房間發現，清潔人員在床上留下了用作放床單的膠袋，把我們的睡衣放得東一件西一件，原本放在衣櫥內的襪子在地上等等。我們直接跟接待處員工投訴並要求不要再作打掃。最後是wifi，我們要站在門口上網才能接收WiFi 信號，速度非常慢。

The view from our room was amazing, A/C does not work in winter and works as a heater instead, however the temp was perfect and we didn't even need it! We loved our stay, the gym had what I needed for my quick workout routines and the breakfast was absolutely amazing offering from scrambled eggs, to yogurt, to smoked salmon and tapas! Loved it, definitely would love to go back. Don't sleep on this hotel, its amazing and has an incredible location.

La habitación estaba limpia y las señoras de limpieza muy atentas a recogertela. Lo único por ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, no lo veo. Había cosas que necesitan reparación o lo han dejado a la mitad de terminar. Las llaves casi no funcionan porque el lector falló bastante. Se lo dijimos a recepción pero no podían hacer mucho. Cercanía a todos los sitios si vas en transporte, andamos bastante.

Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Zimmer war okay - Ausblick Innenhof - waren aber nicht viel am Zimmer.

Had a great visit at the Sercotel Ámister Art Hotel. The staff was always helpful and responsive to my needs. Would definitely return!

Everything new and clean. Staff is good. Comfortable beds. Big bathroom with bath. Perfect WiFi. Soundproof windows. We liked the hotel.

The room was hot. On february, the hotel didn't turn on the air condition in rooms.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Personal sehr freundlich und es gab alles was man braucht entweder bereits im Zimmer oder man konnte es erfragen. Der Tresen war dauerhaft besetzt, das war top.
