Close to S. Marco. Only about 5 minutes walk from pier to the hotel. There is a restaurant opposite to the hotel providing yummy pizza.

位於巷弄內招牌小有點難找（威尼斯特色本來就是容易迷路 笑）。但臨近聖馬可廣場地點算是非常好也相對安全些。我住的房間view超好坪數也很大！還算滿意。推薦！

Location was about as good as you can get. Room was amazing! Couldnt ask for much more.

Enjoyable stay, only issue was we were charged for baby cot when we booked 2 adults and a child.

This is our second time back to this hotel. I pick it because I love the location. It has water access for the taxi, but you can also come in on the train and it’s a very short walk up if you’re using the local water taxis the front desk was not as bubbly and warm as they were last year, which would make me consider not coming back. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is fair

The room was clean but the bathroom door lock wasn’t working, the latch didn’t work, it won’t close. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent service.

We love the location which is only 5 minute walk to St Mark's Square and the gondolas, close to shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful elegant hotel with it's own docking. The water taxi took us to the courtyard and very convenient with our luggage. The only negative thing is that our room - Room #30 - does not have a full length mirror ( not in the bathroom and not in the room!). I had to take a selfie to see what my outfit looked like on me. Breakfast area is very elegant but they served cold mini pancakes and waffles. Overall a wonderful hotel if they can only install a full length mirror. We did tell the hotel staff about it. We contacted the hotel a month before our arrival and they took care of our water taxi reservations. Awesome and safe location.

The hotel was a great location near food and bars and main attractions. The ceilings were very low, if you're over 6' you won't want to book here. The pillows were very flat but it's a secure building and their breakfast was very good.

I love the location, the courtyard for a late day drink, and the breakfast room. My room was small but adequate. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

Charming great location minutes from St Marks tons of shops known also for leather goods and beautiful murano glass. Many restaurants. Nice bar on second floor. The outlets to charge your devives. Some behind furniture. Our room had a beaurifulbath room. Very pleasant efficient staff. Evices

The location of the hotel is great! Less than a block to St. Mark's Square and Cathedral. There are plenty of dining options nearby. However, I lost my room key and they were besides themselves because the room number is engraved into the room key card. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that has the number in the key card. It is a ridiculous practice!
