Das essen war mieserabel, immer das gleiche & teils auch kalt. Das essen war auch nicht immer durch gekocht. Mein freund hat sich etwas eingefangen, ihm ging es zwei tage nicht gut.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours en all inclusive. Honnêtement à part le petit déjeuner qui est correct et varié, ce n'est pas un all inclusive. L'eau est a acheter et les repas sont de très mauvaises qualité. Exemple : pâte, mais, crudités, cuisses de poulet pas bien cuites poisson à la vapeur sans saveur,fruits en dessert et glaces. Vraiment du bas de gamme. Flunch c'est meilleur. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles à l'étranger. C'est un deux étoiles plutôt. Je vous le déconseille vraiment

Settembre 2024 Posto veramente fantastico, raggiungibile in pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Offre formula all inclusive e i pasti sono a buffet con ampia varietà per poter accontentare tutti i gusti. La piscina è molto ampia e sempre ben curata, come lo spazio verde antistante. Un plauso, sicuramente, va a chi si occupa delle pulizie: tutti i locali sono super puliti, sia gli spazi comuni che le camere. Altro valore aggiunto sono la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale: dalle ragazze che si occupano del ristorante alle signore delle pulizie, passando per i responsabili sempre tutti sorridenti e disponibili. Il mio riconoscimento più grande, però, va a Eleni e Atalanti, coloro che gestiscono egregiamente in fase diurna il bar della piscina. Complimenti a tutti

We arrived at the hotel, to be told some rooms weren’t available. We were then placed into a taxi and took to a horrendous hotel down the road for the night. There was no real explanation, just placed into a taxi. On arrival at Hotel Marerena which was a five minute drive away, we arrived to disgust, a green pool, cold and gone off good with the cheek to then ask us to pay for drinks. I rung the hotel to complain that this was not the same standard as the Marliena, they just apologised and said to speak to the manager the next day. After 30 minutes at this alternative hotel we had to walk out, and find another hotel 15 minutes away that could take us on for the night this cost us an additional £170. It then took 3 hours for Expedia to grant us a refund the next morning as we did not want to go back to a hotel that thought it acceptable to place is in that standard of hotel with a 6 year old child. The best thing the hotel did for us was finally provide us a refund, even though we still ended up £170 out of pocket. Avoid this hotel.

Woher kommen diese 4 Sterne? Das Hotel verdient 2 bis 2,5 Sterne! Solch ein All inklusive habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jeden Tag gibt's fast identische Speisen, die meisten davon schmecken furchtbar. ALLE Getränke sind ungenießbar!!! Das Mineralwasser stinkt nach Gülle, der Kaffee hat den Namen nicht mal verdient. Alles andere besteht entweder aus billigstem Konzentrat bzw. wiederlichem (verdünntem) Alkohol. Nie wieder, selbst wenn es kostenlos wäre! Trotzt All inklusive kaufen fast alle Hotelgäste ihre Getränke in den Supermärkten und schleppen es Tütenweise ins Hotel. Pool war ok, das Personal größtenteils nett. Die Crepes waren ganz ok.

Ideal location with short walk to golden beach. Staff constantly cleaning, good variety of food. Pool superb and plenty of sun beds around the pool and surrounding grass area.

The hotel is in a nice location with restaurant and small shops. Food was not great, room we stay in was extremely outdated. All night we couldn’t sleep due to slamming doors, we could hear chair moving and people talking. We complain and they move us to a little better updated room for our last night stay. Hotel stay was very nice and friendly.

As a solo traveller I didn’t use all the fully inclusiveness of the hotel but every experience was great. My only critique was that a lot of the meals were far, far too salty which made some of the food almost inedible. That said, if I ever go back to Crete, I’ll be staying here

Hotel low cost réservé de dernière minute. La formule all inclusive est passable. Les plats sont varié mais pas toujours très bon (de mon point de vue) aucun dessert digne de se nom (uniquement les plats en gelé très british). Le personnel ne parle pas le français. L'insonorisation des chambres vis a vis du couloir est inexistant.

Simple, comfortable room with balcony.There was no noise from night life. Hotel staff helpful. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Food is abundant, there is a great choice of vegetables, salads.

It was a nice surprise when we found the hotel... It was nice to pass one night a day before returning home. We will recomended, and perhaps we will be back..

When you haven't all inclusive, it is very very very expensive to buy a cup of coffee, a beer or someting to eat - even more expensive than on the lokal restaurant!

Hotellet var ikke i stand til at levere det bestilte værelse, stillede en lejlighed til rådighed, standarten lang under hvad der var betalt for.

Der er stor forskel p[ v;relserne det f'rstev;relse vi fik l[ i k;ledren med et lille kighul af et vindue s[ vi gik op bad om et andet ;vrelse.vi fik at vide vi skulle komme igen efter morgen maden dagen efter .Dagen efter vi et super v;relse med bjerg og havudsigt .hotellets regler blev ikke over holdt du m[tter bade n[r du havde l'st og ryge hvor det passede dig.Maden p[ hotellet var ok.

the only good thing about the hotel was the room (clean, big, modern, comfortable). The buffet at the restaurant was poor and bad quality(its better to have an slice of pizza).The breakfast was more than bad, the juice was water, the coffee was water, the cheese and ham were plastic slices. The fruits were dry. The water was tasting like metal. The hotel was full of cats and you could see them through the window of the restaurant while having your "lovely" meals. At the night bar in the hotel , the guests were without t-shirt and wearing the swimming suit while sitting on the bar, very sad scene to see. If you are thinking on a kind of holiday to be spent in a hotel to relax and enjoy of their facilities , don't go to Marilena, because there is nothing to enjoy in there. The pictures on the website are different than how the hotel is on the reality.

L' hotel è situato in un ottima posizione per il mare,la struttura nel complesso abbastanza discreta,lascia molto a desiderare la pulizia della camera,le rubinetterie del bagno molto vecchie e arruginite e nell' ala dove era situata la camera vi era forte odore di fognatura,nota positiva il personale sia della reception e del ristorante tutti molto disponibile e anche per quanto riguarda la lingua.Penso che comunque si sente fortemente la crisi che sta attraversando tutto il territorio greco.

Très gros hôtel, (un peu usine à touristes). LA chambre est grande, propre. Seul bémol, la salle de bain avec une baignoire usée. Il est bien situé, à coté des commodités et de la ville. Super bon accueil. Nous avons seulement été déçu du repas (compris dans le prix, mais donc pas génial). Il faut dire que deux cars de touristes d'allemands ont en plus ravagé le buffet!! Mais au global, un bon rapport qualité-prix

+ clean and renovated rooms, spacious hotel interiors, complete breakfast, good location for excursions to crete, close to Iraklion by car and by bus, very goog value for money - my room was a bit small but not causing any problems, it looks old outside but it's brand new in the interior

Excellent location for beach and nightlife, also close from city center & archeological spots via highway. Good breakfast and gentle staff.
