The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng. A bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool but the room was very nice ans had good privacy. The keycard is a bit hard to use and the bed is super super hard as well as the pillow. Overall the room was clean and there was a safe and a minifridge in the room so that was good.

Schönes Zimmer mit viel Komfort

L'hôtel fut visiblement un bel hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'année. Aujourd'hui, tout est un peu vieillissant et le style et la décoration dépassés. Il reste peu éloigné du centre ville, très facilement accessible en voiture, et bénéficie d'un parking gratuit. Autre point positif, le personnel était très agréable et compètent.

Elegante hotel comodo per il centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il parcheggio gratuito adiacente la struttura. Ampia la camera.

Hotel Master is a clean and functional hotel near Brescia downtown. There is a very nice spa in the basement, very relaxing. Very helpful staff.

Albergo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, in quartiere tranquillo vicino al Castello. Parcheggio incluso molto utile. Stanza doppia con letti grandi , con anticamera e bagno grande dotato di doccia ampia e funzionale. Pulizia ottima. Checkin rapido. Unica pecca la colazione non inclusa a prezzo troppo alto.

Das Familienzimmer bestand aus zwei Zimmern welche über eine dritte Tür zu einem Zimmer gemacht wurden. Das war etwas seltsam aber eigentlich ganz ok. In beiden Zimmern war der Ablauf im Bad verstopft und das Wasser hat lange gebraucht zum abfließen.

Ho prenotato il pernotto tramite app per 2 stanze on line a delle condizioni economiche. Arriviamo in albergo e ci sistemiamo dopo la mezzanotte, alla ripartenza ci viene chiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (come di consueto) ma risulta essere il doppio rispetto a quella prevista on line. Il personale si giustifica che il portale presenta un costo errato. Alla fine solo dopo diverse rimostranze paghiamo il dovuto. Ma non viene erogata la ricevuta seppur richiesta, con promessa di inviarla via mail … assurdo!!

Comfortable beds and a very beautiful and relaxing Wellness area

Wir sind fix und fertig von einem 12 Stunden Bilepacking Tag bei 35 Grad angereist. Restaurant geschlossen und für die Sauna wollte der unfreundliche Rezeptionist 40 Euro. Hatten das Hotel nur wegen der Möglichkeit Abends noch zu entspannen gebucht und dann die unverschämten Preise und kein entgegenkommen. Hier kommen wir nicht mehr her. Keine Empfehlung. Zimmer laut und lieblos eingerichtet.

It is central and close to transport links. But swimming pool facilities are not included in room price. Which were not stated on the hotel listing before booking.
