Enjoyed my stay

Hotel was clean and neat. Close enough to downtown Banff to walk. The only downside to the hotel we stayed in was that there was no closet.

Our room was great. We have the mountain view. Staff are friendly. Quiet and safe place.

The room was nicely renovated and the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable beds. hot tub needed cleaning. Parking back of building was cramped and almost inaccessible.

Good hotel, staff ‘s friendly. Last time we stayed there one night, we dropped the phone and somebody picked it then gave to the receptionist after that they gave it back to us.

My room was clean, spacious and had a nice views of the mountains. It’s a dated and basic hotel but a perfect stay while exploring the area.

I booked a room that showed a balcony. At check in I was given a room with a window when asked to switch it was unavailable. This was disappointing.
