Very clean , great customer service I loved

I would honestly not recommend this hotel. The check-in experience was disappointing staff were unprofessional, chatting amongst themselves while I waited to be assisted. What truly let me down, however, was the condition of the pool area. The hot tub was filled with cloudy, yellowish water, and the regular pool had foam and debris floating in it, making it feel very unhygienic. The rooms were also below expectations, especially the bathrooms. The sink and toilet drained slowly, and the bathtub had moldy, deteriorating silicone. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were well below standard. I would not recommend staying here.

The facilities were amazing, the area surrounding the hotel was a little uneasy but overall a great trip

Great hotel, Clean rooms. Staff are friendly. Breakfast included and it's great with sausage, egg whites, cereal, pancake many other breakfast menu. It's about 1 1/5 hours for Philadelphia

Breakfast was great, the potatoes were delicious & they had a variety of breads/bagels.

The place was clean but terrible highway noise would have been nice to know. We had a plugged toilet when I went to the desk the said there was no one available to unplug it unless she left the desk so I used the plunger to get it working.

Professional & courteous staff. The front desk representative Vince, was on point 👍.

Comfortable and clean. Big rooms

The hotel was conveniently located close to the freeway. The room was spacious and comfortable. Probably due for carpet refurbishment. The hot tub was out of action. The breakfast was very good.

There was an accident in the kitchen which caused food shortage at 9:00, children went hungry. Didn't even have milk for cereal. Frozen bread was given after seeing no bread, bagels or Danish. No pancake mix. Very disappointed. Many people went without food, no explanation or apology.
