Just need a freezer dept in the fridge

Very good value with spacious room and a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very really friendly and helpful, especially Petra on Reception and Abdul in the hotel pub. Location was perfect for the beach and the bars and restaurants but was extremely quiet and noise free. We've stayed many times before and will definitely stay again.

They clean the room every day and change the towels every day it was so nice and pleasant to stay there . Ab big room with all amenities u can cook there as there are all kitchen equipment

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to many bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy access to the beach from the hotel. Every single member of staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and tried their best to ensure we had everything we needed. Never any issue getting a sunbed and the pool area was cleaned every day. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Costa Teguise.

Very good staff room good after 1 st room was not to good did however get better placed room but only 1 1 thing was we and bathroom door didn’t close as swelled up that much it needs replacing rather than a towel on floor to keep shut as you go to loo or shower

The most warm and welcome check in I have ever experienced the staff could not be more helpful absolutely fantastic thankyou it made my stay so much better would highly recommend this hotel to anyone ! Great location great beach bars and so many restaurants near by 10/10

The room was clean and comfortable unfortunately at night out came the bed bugs in masses

Estiuve en contacto con uno de vuestros representantes para presentar una reclamación, el hotel constaba según la reserva de 3 habitaciones 1 doble y dos individuales….cuando llegue únicamente había dos individuales y un sofá cama. Estuve chateando con alguien de Hoteles.com para resolver el problema y aún estoy esperando

the doors in the room had gaps in so the wind was blowing through making it noisy , need to get doors that fit

Staff were amazing throughout our stay. Hotel is overlooking a beautiful beach in the centre of Costa Teguise but it was very peaceful and pleasant and not in the slightest bit rowdy. Food was excellent. Our only criticism was that the ‘heated’ poolwas too cold to enjoy properly. If the temperature had have been increased by a couple of degrees, it would have been perfect.

Das Zimmer war, nachdem wir es gegen Aufpreis getauscht haben, sehr schön. Einiges im Hotel könnte mal renoviert werden. Der fensterlose Frühstücksraum war wenig einladend. Das Frühstück ok, könnte aber eine bessere Qualität und mehr Abwechslung vertragen .

Great location- with lots of walks, shops, restaurants etc and beach very close by. Lovely room- clean and spacious The food was great, hot and plenty to choose from. The AI drinks were super! The pina colda was particularly nice. Lovely friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable The evening entertainment was FANTASTIC! Amazing singers and we danced all night! Karaoke was a laugh too! Fantastic bar staff- very friendly Honestly- this is our second time coming here- it’s great!

Room was spacious, good storage space, bathroom room spacious but shower very basic. The hotel has obviously been freshened up but still feels very much a seventies/eighties hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for beach, walks,shops,bars, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff and service FIVE STAR for attentiveness, charm and friendliness.

disappointment regarding our recent stay in Room 2318, beginning January 30.Upon check-in, I specifically requested a room on the ground floor. The desk clerk declined the request but assured me that the lift was fully operational and accessible. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The lift was out of service for ten days of our stay, either due to mechanical failure or being taken out of service by housekeeping staff. This created a significant physical hardship for us. My husband has had both knees replaced, making stairs an incredibly difficult and painful task. What we found most distasteful was the lack of empathy or solutions provided by staff. Every time I raised the issue of the broken elevator: No effort was made to relocate us to a ground-floor room. No alternative assistance was offered. No communication was provided regarding when the lift would be fixed. Had the issue been a matter of room pricing, I would have gladly paid the difference to ensure my husband’s comfort and safety. Instead, we felt ignored. While we love the island and plan to return to the area, we will not be returning to this hotel. hotelstayi hotel again.

Great location great staff

Staff were brilliant. Room was excellent. We were given an upgrade. Food was good with excellent variety. Location was excellent, very central and easy to get to beach and local amenities. We are hoping to go back again.
