Room was very clean, smart TV was ready for use and logged in with a message welcoming us by name. Linens fresh. Staff were very friend and check in was super quick and easy. Areas that could have been tweaked for the best experience: the eggs and hashbrowns and coffee at breakfast buffet were cold when we got food at 7:30am. The warming stations did not appear to have heat under them. We also had no shower soap in our room. Minor things that could have made things that much better.

We enjoy this hotel however the pool was cold and the hot tub was a little warmer than your bathtub water. Went to get a coffee at around 4pm on Sat and it was cold, good thing their was a micro in the room. The morning breakfast was good except the coffee was cold. Having a micro in the breakfast area would be an asset.

The room was in overall pretty dirty condition. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned (hair in the water, scum stains on the shelves, water stains on the glass doors). The heating system is way too loud and woke me up at night. The cooktop did not work so I couldn't use it to make food. My room was not cleaned/bed was not made once during my visit.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Free basic breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was clean and the staff was lovely! The pool was a great temperature for those of us who like it on the warmer side. My ONLY complaint - the pull out sofa was uncomfortable. We sat on the couch before it was pulled out and we sunk into the centre of it. When we pulled it out into a bed, it felt like a thin foam mattress rolled out over springs that jutted into your back and sides all night! The bed on the other hand was VERY comfy and the kitchenette was super handy! I'd stay here again but I'd have to insist on a double bed - no sofa bed.
