Very bad room

Very very nasty cockroach dirty bad stuff bad management I couldn't stay at checkout 5:00 a.m. baby cockroach very small just nasty dirty tables you was nasty dirty food everywhere they just taking money for nothing

Not the cleanest nor safest people to open your room door as your getting ready for bed.

Improvements could be made with housekeeping, but a nice stay all the same

The lobby smelled like smoke. I checked in and went to check the room and it looked like the bathroom had never been cleaned. I let the front desk know and he didn’t say sorry or anything just handed me a new room key. I went to check the new room and there was a live roach in the bath tub. I let the front desk know and again he didn't say anything. I asked for a refund and he did approve the refund. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM STAYING HERE! We ended up booking a room at the quality inn down the road which was very nice.

This is by far the most rundown hotel pretty much I ever experienced. The room full of dust and toilet it’s way dirty to look at. Seems they don't understand what’s the very basic level of a clean room supposed to be. Front desk will on phone forever even they see you right in front his face. Donot care. House keeping cleaning like acting not real. Please stay away as you found right next to this one it’s comfort inn and redroof. Try that as this one not worth to try.

The room price was commensurate with the overall condition of the establishment.

The lady that checked us in was very kind. We just needed a place to sleep as we were traveling. The room was awful. There was only one outlet and it was an extension cord attached to the tv and fridge. The sink did not work and the shower head looked like it had never been vleaned. Free breakfast was toast and cereal but due to the conditions of the property we chose not to eat.

Good price but the bath tub was not cleaned and something unmentionaable on the wall.

The room is okay. Old but clean. The breakfast is not really a breakfast. They had coffee and toast with jam.

Hotel worker mistook me(a brown haired 43yo) man for a 60 year old blonde man, and as a result, had the police banging on my room at 1am, waking up my family and child. Hotel manager refused to comp the day or even reimburse me. Orange juice is brown, exterior lights dont work, so its hard to see the place at night. Will not recommend or be staying at another super 8. Whyndam should do something about this or take thier name off the hotel. Worst super 8 ive ever been in.

Place was nasty it smells like mold smoke and rotten food it's sad when you walk down the hallway to your room and you see roaches walking across the floor

Missing lamp bulb and loose faucet handle was promptly corrected. Chair cushion and bed linen were stained. Good overall location near restaurants and interstate highway.

Carpet in hallway and stairwell was severely stained. Faucets in bathroom were hard to turn on.

Mold in rooms. Trash all over ground. Pot smell in the hall

Property area outside very dirty. Trash all over. Mold in the room they put me in.
