the villa setup is great. however, the service is quite bad. went there during winter season 1) no heater provided in the room. they don't even provide enough floor mat/ towel to our room. 2) since we have 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), the water keep on flowing as we walked from 1 pool to another. even the water from the shower room leaked out from the shower room. when we ask for mop, they don't provide any. the room is quite messy with water on the floor. 3) the pool towel is not in good condition. they gave us towel with stains. as if we pay for cheap room. 4) the heater for the outdoor pool is not working. (might be because of winter) but they should be prepared for cold weather at first place. 5) besides that, the room was great! the presentation is very nice and cozy
