Another fantastic trip to This superb hotel. The place is absolutely fantastic with the most friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and food and drinks at the various bars. Can't wait to return. The experience at Tenerife airport security was uyterly terrible and I hope this can be improved as the hotels and guests deserve better.

Rooms were spotless. Excellent spa and pool. Very well trained staff. The resort is gorgeous. The dinning staff made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast choices were fantastic. This is a resort for adults.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten mit Pool. Leider ging unsere Junior-Suite mit „Meerblick“ auf das gegenübergelegene Restaurant an der Uferpromende so daß wir die Terrasees kaum nutzen konnten weil wir ganztägig von unangenehmen Küchengrüchen und dem Lärm des Lüftungsverntilators umwehr wurden. Es empfliehlt sich deshalb unbedingt eine Zimmer mit Gartenblick zu buchen.

Le personnel parfait , très attentif à notre bien être ! Remarquable ! Le restaurant la Cupula :du début à la fin en passant par les assiettes , le gout , l originalité , le service , et en plus , en français ce qui est un plus pour l explication des plats . Pdj évidement digne d un 5* ; et le buffet du soir également . Restaurant de la piscine également parfait et de très bon gout . Nous y retournerons .

The staff didn't seem to want to be there. The reception staff not happy. Room was ok and cleaned frequently.

The whole hotel was spotless & the staff are just amazing, highly recommended.

Room servicing patchy. Coffees milks etc not always properly replenished. Often room not made up until afternoon. Turn down done when room made up and not in evening. Breakfast ok but have had better

A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it was so peaceful and the views were stunning. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. It was so luxurious, we were treated like royalty and we cannot fault anything just perfect

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.
